The dinner staff were very unfriendly and unhelpful. We ended up leaving and getting dinner at McDonald's.

Upon entering our initially assigned room, we observed that towels were still hanging in the bathroom, and an empty water bottle was present on the table. It was evident that the room had not been properly cleaned, so we requested a room change. The second room also had a teacup with tea residue in it. Consequently, I returned to the front desk, not to request another room change, but to obtain a replacement set of clean cups. Needless to say, I refrained from using the provided cups due to concerns about their cleanliness.

The breakfast provided was satisfactory. The accessibility of the location was convenient, and the staff demonstrated helpfulness in addressing the challenges we encountered with our room.

Without a car, the hotel was far from Leiden centre, even by bicycle. We avoided breakfast because it was expensive

Paying for parking No water dispensers, not provided water. When asked, they said to use tap water from bathroom. Television is still old model, no online facilities like netflix, disney or prime. As this is closer to motorway, very noisy Air conditioner/fan is not a good design, and we dont know it works or not, ended up with hot room then open windows and ended up with noisy room. note: Parking floor roof is very short, so please careful while opening the boot door upwards, it might hit the roof or pipes going thru the roofs.

Very clean hotel I love the bath towels. Freshness brought my energy back. Room size, very comfy bed. Location.

Oh no, oh dear- They have recently changed their furnishings and removed the carpet and mahogany desks to a very cheap looking and not comfortable at all wood flooring and really nasty interior wooden desk, and a strange wooden frame around a wall mounted TV! - this is a major backwards step in the design of the rooms- they used to be cosey and comfortable- now they are cheap looking and really not worth the money anymore- real shame- but whoever re-designed to room- needs to be sacked! Please go back to what you had as this really has ruined the Hilton.

Large rooms are equipped with a mini fridge which is nice to have.

Your prices for Parking are rediculisly high with 18,50 per night!!!! Also your prices for drinks totake tothe room are rediculisly high! I have told you before and you don´t do anything about it so STOP ASKING me for comments about your hotel. The location is OK when we visil our daughter in Leiden and the base price as well. However readsthis, please stop asking me the same questions if you do not take the replies it serious anyway

Also busy with renovations. And parking was not included, which is strange considering the remoteness from the city centre and it being nearly empty.

Room as can be expected from a Hilton hotel. Hotel facilities were good.
