I hope to have more items in the games room that can cater to adults too.

Like the scenery and the beautiful access to the beach. Enjoyed some activities and ATV at the beach accompanied by the cool breeze and sound of the ocean. The room is comfy and nicely fit for 2 of us. Love that all the appliances provided were working great.

all was perfect. we don't need to scan the card to access to the floor which makes everything easy the staff was also super nice and tolerable

Room was clean. Shower gel, conditioning shampoo, hand wash & hand lotion smell so nice! Left my laptop in the room. Make a phone call and reception detected the laptop swiftly. Excellent service by everyone though we need to wait a bit during check in due to school holiday. kids love the pool. there're many restaurants nearby.

Breakfast buffet dining area is small and understaff to cater needs. Takes a lot of time to get a decent eggs . Nobody station at noodles area. If hotel could build more on beach area to cover from scorching sun. Bigger parking area as well

Pools have no shade. Quite difficult to enjoy on sunny days. Breakfast spread was quite simple; nothing fancy. Breakfast place was quite small; can be very crowded during peak hours and no place to sit. Since lobby is at first floor and parking at ground, always have to walk up the stairs to go up.

Location, which is quite near of the beach. Views of the hotel and surrounding from the rooms. Availability of kids room to enjoy themself. Pools for adults and kids. Spa and massage facility.

The corridor was not carpeted and any sounds made echoed quite loudly along the length and consequently could be heard inside the room.

Check-in was hassle free and we were quickly in our room. The room was, clean and with everything we needed and appeared reasonably new. Nice Balcony and reasonable view from the side of the hotel including partially the sea and beach. The hotel had a good beach front and well appointed pool with Sun shades and loungers with decent mattresses. It appeared to cater seminars and company meeting as well as for parties of all-inclusive international guests who stayed a few days before departing by coach presumably as part of a tour.

The room my parent stayed was new, they did renovated the hotel and all the rooms are in good condition compared to before when we came last 2 years. The breakfast were ok, if there were more choices it will be good.

On the second day of my stay, the electrical system in my room repeatedly malfunctioned, causing the power to trip. I promptly reported the issue to the hotel staff and requested a room change, which they subsequently provided.

The property is conveniently situated in close proximity to my workplace. The aesthetically pleasing design and the presence of multiple swimming pools were greatly admired by my family. The family room was exceptionally impressive, featuring thoughtful design elements and individual rooms equipped with their own amenities.
