They gave me a standard room as per my booking. But in toilet there is no toiletry, we booked for 3 (including my child age 11years) they gave only two toilets. Toilet was old model and shelves are missing and basic things are missing in Room no. 1247. I think the restaurant staff was not trained staff they don’t know how to deal with customer. We paid for breakfast during our check in and the reception staff confirmed that Room no. Is enough to have breakfast but in the morning the restaurant staff forced us to bring the breakfast bill receipt to have breakfast in the restaurant.

Limited toiletries (e g given only 1 set of body wash despite we registered 2 pax for the room). The bathroom is too small/congested thus not comfortable during bathing. Small towel were also not available. Other than that, it was fine.

Some parts of the facilities need to be updated, like a fresh coat of paint.

Room was good, some part gave the feeling they needed to be updated like the paint in the bathrooms. The infinity pool was the main reason why I booked this place and it delivered. I also liked that there offered many activities you can book to on the hotel to make your stay more enjoyable.

I am not being divisive- there is one incident where one Arab tourist who stays in the same hotel makes a threatening call to my son who just cautious his son to be careful playing stones. Educate some of your tourists when deals with locals or have some auxiliary police.

The karaoke/live music nights from 8pm to midnight, 6 days a week. Even If you don't like it you don't have a choice. So loudly that we had to keep away from bar/restaurant and pool area.

Great view from the balcony. Fantastic pool where you want to hang on all day. It's a bit outdated, definitely not the luxury resort but the price is not luxury too. The restaurants in here are quite medium. Staff very friendly.

Compare to room , bathroom and toilets very small sizes. For healthy man difficult to use bathroom and toilets.

Maybe can do some touch up of property. Bedsheet and towel maybe used for too long, there’s dirty on both.

Breakfast could be improved, there was no good coffee… and location wise is a bit far from everything but it was a pleasant stay.

It’s a big resort with lots of facilities, the room was ok, we picked the smallest one so not much in it but the bigger ones where much better. We had buffet dinner one night and it was really good. 2 pools, one with a beautiful view, stunning.

The hotel just needs a slight revamp, bit of paint, some furniture replaced, it is a bit run down, but the pool area is still stunning. Shower was only hot water in the morning oddly, I am sure the staff would have sorted it if I asked but I didn’t.

The property is pretty unique and I loved the pier feel that the restraint and pool were located at. The pool sunrise view is beautiful and I don’t think you could top this feature of the hotel. It was handy for sunset cruises as they depart from the hotel. The hotel arrange a free shuttle to and from the beach which was a great addition

I felt a bit uncomfortable when I saw a lizard in my room two times, however, I tried to accept this as I reminded myself that I was on the island.

Rooms a bit dated and worn out, outdoor band playing up until midnight far too loud as volume could be heard in the room 1
