We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

MexicoGood morning it seemed very stranger to us for the price we paid, we asked to the reception for body cream and they didnt have and also in the room we looked a hair drayer and there was none in the room.
When we got to the Hotel we received a good welcome. The room very comfortable and good Tv channels. The Staffs attention is very good.at ease

CanadaGhost hotel, hardly any other guests that we saw. There was no one in the restaurant so we ate elsewhere. Pool music playing all afternoon up until 8pm when we phoned to reception to have it stopped. Would rather listen to the waves on the beach

United States of AmericaThe customer service from the receptionists wasn’t that great. We placed the door tag to request cleaning and 2x they didn’t go clean our room. We had to go talk to the receptionist to ask for cleaning.
The room was spacious,we ended up with an ocean view, two balconies. The location was perfect on the beach.

United States of AmericaTV reception is bad, but I went to Mazatlan to enjoy the beach and the beautiful city. Not to watch tv. Not a big deal.
The hotel has great staff. They take COVID very seriously. The doorman at the entrance makes sure people comply prior to entering the lobby. We stayed in two different rooms in a week and noticed that the north wing rooms were better. ( Electrical plugs, bathroom ) The breakfast is great with a wonderful view and there is a duet with a guitar and keyboard who play and sing really well. That adds very much to the breakfast experience. We were there during the high season and still had a very good experience. Thank you so much Quijote Inn !! We will be back.

United States of AmericaOverall mist of the experience was good the only issue I had was that days before I got to the hotel, I called to notify that I was not going to make it on Monday that i will be a day late and the person that I spoke with said that there was no problem and a day would be deducted from the charge, but when I left and questioned the final charge Monday was included in the final bill I I tried to dispute the charge but off course, did not happen, basically I was charged for the whole week even though I was a day short
We never had breakfast there since they didn't offer one, the pool and rooms are good and clean, location is not at the main central area but also not too far, the family really enjoyed their time at location,

United States of AmericaThe first room we had on the south side of the building did not have electrical plugs in the bedroom. Only in the bathroom. The shower floor was somehow inclined away from the drain. This caused the shower floor to flood. Light and fan switches are outdated.
Breakfast is very good. It is well served and with one of the best views. The staff was prompt and friendly. Additionally they had two very talented musicians who played beautiful songs. Not too loud, not too quiet. They added so much more to the breakfast experience.

My dad hurt himself in the restroom with the doorknob and was bleeding and stained the sheets and they wanted me to pay for it, there was someone else that had to paid because she stained a towel with her mascara and another one that was getting charged because she stained a pillowcase with her hair dye!!!

United States of AmericaI'm upset with my experience with this hotel. We booked 7 nights for my in-laws. On day 2, one of their hotel staff members stole $600 from their room. We reported the incident, and hotel didn't do anything. My in-laws were upset and didn't feel safe. They checked out of the hotel book another hotel. This hotel wouldn't give us credit for the 5 days. Horrible service. I'm going to report to the general manager of this hotel. This is not right!
