Super clean, especially considering the shared bathrooms. The place is super cute and the staff is very very friendly and helpful. It’s run by a lovely family. We were only staying two nights but we had such a great time here. The breakfast was delicious and the location couldn’t be better. 10/10

Yes it can get a little warm at night on a hot day, but to be expected!

The hosts are super friendly & welcoming, they really make this experience something special! Facilities are great. Yes you're glamping, but the toilets and showers are very modern and the beds are comfortable! Breakfast was also delicious and fresh every morning, would definitely recommend :)

The owner was so friendly and helpful. He gave us a great tour of the place and explained everything clearly. Then he also gave us loads of great tips about the local area. The glamping itself felt like luxury - really cosy/comfy. It felt like a treat staying in such a unique place. Would definitely recommend!

Noise in the night from the center, but I was aware of that, so it did not bother me that much.

The owner Bernardo welcomes you dearly and has always some good advice up his sleeve :). Accommodation is a little sanctuary in the city center of Bacalar. Huts are comfortable, same as mattresses. You can rent the towel for 50 pesos for your whole stay. Bernardo's son makes delicious breakfasts (extra charge but worth all the money) and whole place feel so homey.

Only thing is that we were without electricity for about 2 hours but this was not a common occurrence. Towels weren’t included.

It was a bit cold at night but on the next night they gave us blankets.

Location is perfect. The bathroom are so specious.? The staff is great. Breakfast they are making are so tasty especially the avocado bread and also for a good price.

The shared bathrooms were not super clean (as shared bathrooms usually are). Our hut was very small and there was not really space to put our stuff.

The staff was super nice and helpful and the huts were very special. The location is perfect and you can also have breakfast there.

Nothing it was perfect.

Such a cute place to stay. Pods were perfect, very comfy beds, clean and private. Not much space inside them but no problem. Each hut has an outdoor seating area as well as a place to hang clothes and towels to dry. Bathrooms & showers were great, good pressure and clean. Free water refills and option of breakfast which is nice. Staff are so lovely and helpful too. Nice seating area up the front to relax in the evenings.

Perfect! It is cute, comfortable, with a fan and plugs. Enough bathrooms for everyone so you never have to queue. It is clean, you have hot water and the staff is really nice. We went twice to Bacalar and decided to stay both times here. Only 2 from the main plaza, and 10min from where you can swim for free in the lagoon.

Amazing place! At first I was a bit sceptic to sleep in the hut due to mosquitoes and other insects but everything is sealed properly. Having no AC wasn’t an issue as the nights in Bacalar are chilly. Juan the host is very helpful and kind. Would definitely come back again

The glamping was so cute, the facilities were great and the hosts were super awesome people. We loved it here! You should definitely go here if you visit Bacalar!

I felt very welcome from the first second. The owners are all super friendly and nice and caring people. Good music and good food in the little backyard and the rooms are small, but very efficient, so actually you don't need more. Great values for good money and an almost perfect location.

I guess if it rained during your trip and you had to stay in the room all day, it would be a little claustrophobic.

The staff were great. We had to catch a night bus to our next destination at 22:55 and they allowed us to stow our bags and use the showers right up until we had to leave. Even though the check out was technically 11:30. The location is good. Lots of restaurants nearby. 5 mins from the Zocalo. Much more comfortable than you might imagine.

The accommodation is made really nicely. A bit of peace in the middle of the city. Great bathrooms, everything was clean. The location is great, everything is within walking distance. Very nice staff who helped us with everything we needed. In addition, you can order breakfast!
