You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

GermanyCommunication - We were part of a wedding and as such a wedding package was pre-arranged that should have consistet in a slightly lower price and breakfast included. In order to get the package and discount one was supposed to write to the hotel. We did and they never replied (till today) with no auto-reply that the mail was wrong or anything else. So we were forced to book via booking.com to guarantee ourselves a room. Already this was giving a very bad first impression. Transfer from airport - Before arriving we inquired to book shuttle (mentioned on the hotel booking.com page) from the Queretaro airport. When calling we got the reply that "There is no shuttle, but can arrange a taxi". We did it ourselves as we didn't thought arraning it via the hotel would benefit us. I would not advertise having a shuttle, if I cannot provide one. Also every member of stuff should know this. We called and got "call tomorrow" and when writing we got a reply 2 days later. Breakfast - There is no option to book the room with breakfast and since the hotel is located away from the city center and upon check, nobody advice you that it is not included, it makes a customer feel like being forced to pay this extra cost when they show up the first morning. Neverthelss, there are options in town, which is what we did and walked every day to the city (15-20 min) or to the local taquerias for breakfast and paid a lot less for the both uf us, then what the prices per person was at the hote.
This place is a goregous hacienda, with typical mexican patios, lots of greens and seating areas where one can relax. The cleaning ladies and the concieriage/porter were exceptional and very helpful. The security is spot and does a good job. The parking area is really big and can easily accomodate a lot of cars. The fact that the hacienda has both a gym and swimming pool is a great add on. The restaurant and bar staff were very attentitve and the dinner we had was really tasty and good.
