MontenegroIt was tooo hot in our room, the blanket was too massive and warm, and there was no just sheet or something to use instead. We kept windows open for whole night, and it was still really hard to fall asleep. With blanket - unreal hot, without - not much comfortable. But I still think the hotel is 10/10. We just like to sleep in cold conditions
Our room was just incredible. The balcony, bathroom, bedroom - all nice designed and clean. We loved it. Good breakfast and coffee. Spa was great too. The team was friendly and helpful

SerbiaIt is hars to only pick one aspect of our stay - my husband and I usually stay long-term in the apartments in Porto Village, but this time decided to give hotel a try and see whether we would like to book hotel long-term for this summer. The kindness of their staff, their professionalism and delivery are truly on an unparallelled level and they made our stay such a joyous one. We stayed in a premium room which was the right fit for a work corner for us both. Breakfast food was fresh and the service was so fast. Last but not least - SPA experience was on an expected level, but then turned into extraordinary once we experienced the massages with lovely Seher - she is truly the best therapist I’ve had - her reflexology and neuromuscular strength are highly recommended - we had to go back for more every next day - thank you Saher!

MontenegroI didn't like that everything had to be paid for, from a tea bag to a movie on the TV! The hotel doesn't deserve 5 stars at all. We've stayed in 3-4 star hotels where minibars and everything inside the room were already included in the price. The room itself was worn out, with lots of scratches and scuffs.
The staff is simply excellent, very friendly and polite. They helped arrange a surprise for my wife's birthday, and we are very grateful to them for that! We could bring our cat along, great location, and a very beautiful sea view. There was also a decent spa, and in the room, there was a fantastic bathtub and shower, as well as a very comfortable mattress. We slept like babies. And the breakfasts were also very delicious! They also changed my room to one with a sea view, which was very pleasant as well!

The room was excellent. Magnificent view, very spacious, cozy. Other facilities (restaurant, bar, indoor pool) were also top-notch. The staff were great too, every member was very friendly and helpful, trying to make the stay as comfortable as possible.
