United States of AmericaThe rooms are spacious and the staff was professional and accommodating. The hotel is located in a quiet location. I did have a driver and it was no problem parking and waiting for me if necessary. I was only there for a 2 night stay and did a hammam and two massages which were detoxifying and melted away my stress. Take advantage of the hammam and massages while you are there. I will definitely stay there when I return. Thanks for the hospitality!!

NigeriaThere was no Tea tray and kettle in the room and it was winter!. The receptionist said kettle is available only at request (surprised!). I got the kettle but it was only useful because I travel with my tea stuff.
The room was spacious and clean; and the environment was quiet. Breakfast had many varieties and Breakfast time runs till past 10am which allowed for longer sleep ( 😆 )

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service Food 👩🍳 was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future

FinlandThe receptionist was a bit unprofessional and made jokes when checking in and out. They were joking about the minibar and he was suprised I hadn’t had a beer. Also room service food was cold and I got the wrong wine. Staff don’t all speak english so it was hard to communicate about the order. Also when I went to get breakfast no one was acknowledging me or letting me know to choose my own table which might not be a common thing in Morocco but I found it confusing.
The pool area and lobby were cool. Breakfast was nice.

it was lovely and relaxed and the bedrooms were easy to access.the bar was lovely.the music was great.it was quiet but the season was nearly over.the staff couldn’t do enough for us…they were amazing.in particular we loved the spa had two treatments which were the best we have ever had.
