Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

Exceptional comfort, large room, excellent interior design of room and bathroom, splendid idea to arrange a self-service buffet room with no food but all appliances (coffee maker, dishes, canteen appliances, mineral water etc.) instead of boring "mandatory" breakfast room with the dishes being also "mandatory".

HungaryIt is a one-storied building, so all the rooms are on the groundfloor, I suppose that the ones that open to the street which is quite busy, might be noisy.
It is a brand new hotel near in the city center, perfect location to discover Vilnius. We arrived after 7 pm, so reception was closed. We had noticed the staff, so we were asked to call the receptionist. Communication was a little bit tricky, seemingly we did not speak the same English, but afterall we were inside, managed to get the keys from the store using the codes. During our stay - 3 nights- we did not see any staff member what was a little bit strange, they were not needed anyway. You can have a coffee and some biscuits in the kitchen, but we did not expect more, breakfast is not included. The room is very comfortable, new, bathroom is clean and new as well. My room was quiet, although it was on the groundfloor, it opened to a small courtyard, used for a parking lot during the day.

FinlandAs the hotel doesn't have an own restaurant, the breakfast is served in about 200 meters away in neighbour hotel restaurant. The distance is not bad but if you'd like to have breakfast and go back to bed, that needs extra effort :-)
We arrived several hours before the booking but we got the room right away. Even the outside of the hotel isn't very appealing, inside it has been totally renovated and everything looks new, clean and nice! The beds get 12/10 - absolutely brilliant! Water pressure was great so showers were great. Guest is able to heat up the room to the temperature he/she wants so that was great advantage as well! The breakfast (10€) was definately worth of the money!

United States of AmericaThis may be my own issue, but the half wall shower faces the toilet and isn't sloped past about a meter so that water flows to the drain, so water sits in the toilet area if not swept after. As a single person, not an issue, but if there was somebody using the bathroom after you shower, the floor is going to be wet. But I'm an American and used to big showers. A fold out glass door from the wall in front of the toilet would fix the problem.
Absolutely beautiful, very clean, well-appointed ground floor rooms (so windows can't be open overnight, but there was good A/C) in a very small, remotely staffed hotel. There were some communication problems that were quickly resolved. Would definitely stay again.

LithuaniaBathroom was not very comfortable to use because there was no barrier separating the shower and the rest of the room so the water from the shower would just spill everywhere onto the bathroom floor. I imagine this was made so the people with movement disabilities would be able to use the shower without any problems but it was very annoying to use the bathroom after taking the shower and there was no means of cleaning the floors. Also, the ventilation in the bathroom is very weak. Another thing is the main light fixture above the bed - for some reason it was emitting a little bit of light for the whole night and there was no way to turn that off. I was not bothered by it but my partner almost couldn't sleep.
A very stylish hotel in the very center of Vilnius, right in front of the cathedral. Everything looks very modern, new and expensive.
