Noise form the road and the ventilators / air conditioning system.

The rooms on high floors (higher than 9th) have good view, The rest see the buildings next, and only some partial view. The lower floors are e also quite noisy (from the road that is close,and the ventilators). Breakfast was pleasant and sufficient. The rooms seemed quite clean. If the rooms were renovated it would be the top hotel in Vilnius. The location is perfect for long walks in the park, The 'very center' can be reached in 20-25' walk.

Got a free upgrade to a better room. Room was large with all the facilities and a nice view of the sunset. Good breakfast and excellent location for business travel. The location is great for nature walks but 30 min by foot away from the city center.

Sound isolation from other rooms and corridors could be improved, however sound isolation from outside noises is quite decent. Food variety for breakfast could be improved upon.

Friendly and helpful staff. Decently sized breakfast buffet. Nice view out of the room windows and good location of a hotel itself.

Had doubts about cleanness of rug in room, rooms and wallpaper needs to be “freshened up “. A lot of small places were wallpaper is torned

Rooms are outdated and need a renovation. They could also be cleaner. You need to call reception to open the parking, which is a bit of a hassle for international travellers who don't have a local phone number. In the name of sustainability, they only clean and refresh your room upon request. The hotel is located a bit off centre, around 20 minutes walk from the old town. Pillows and bed were a bit too soft for my liking.

The room and bathroom were spacious, free parking was a nice amenity. Free bottle of water and pastries were a nice welcome. Breakfast is good with local and international selections. View from the high roof window was very cool.

The room needs some refreshing

The hotel location was great, you can walk to Old Vilnius and nearby are a lot of good restaurants. The bed was comfy nice and clean, and the room was big enough with a sofa to enjoy a good view outside the hotel. The room was warm with everything you need

There should have been at least a complimentary bottle of water. I had to pay €5 for a bottle which didn’t even have cold water (I had to keep it in mini bar to first get cold!)

The hotel was pleasant; the room was exceptionally clean, spacious, and tidy. The air conditioning worked wonderfully, and it was quiet at night. While the bed was comfortable, the television in the room was on the smaller side. The hotel's location next to Vingis Park was excellent, and the service was satisfactory. It appears that there has been a recent change in ownership, and it seems like they are making some improvements – hopefully, for the better.
