You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Sri LankaThe walking path to the town was dirty.
The view from the room, as well as the hotel, has the most stunning view of Haputale, helpful and friendly staff. The cleanness of the room is adequate. Would have been helpful to have a quilt cover in the room, as it gets chilly at night. Hot water facilities work fine. It walking distance of the Haputale town and eating place, which is convenient.

Breathtaking view from the room. Rooms have a lot of charm (wooden furnitures, etc…) which for that price is agreable. Beds are really good. Staff was really attentive and satisfied all my demands.

Sri LankaBeds Arnt Clean, Bed sheets smelled and old torn and perforated.also can't get it because it's scratching the body. in the upper side of bed some hair under the pillow. Some animals in the ceiling and one time comes water or some liquid into the flow. Payment isn't what booking.com shows to us. It add some tax and it will be higher 3 or more usd than shown price to us by booking.com.little tv there but no satellite tv connection subscribe.
