There were minor issues but they were resolved very quickly. There was some issues with electricity for an hour or so on the first day. One of the rooms had an issue with water when the AC was switched off. All the walls including the roof had water sweating. This meant some of the items in the room were wet. But the night staff cleaned the room and changed the bedding as soon as possible to resolve the situation. I would have preferred to see prices in the menu in Sri Lankan rupees rather than dollars ( we were able to pay in SLR)

We booked 8 standard rooms for a group. The staff were super friendly and welcoming. They resolved all issues as quickly as possible and was very helpful. I liked the room i was in and it was comfortable. It was great that someone came to clean the room everyday. Pool was clean and it was perfect for a dip and a drink from the bar. The location of the hotel was very good as it was 5 minutes walk to the beach.

Really nice hotel, modern, big rooms with AC. I liked that the pool is open until late evening so we could relax after a day of exploring. The location is great, close to the main road and beaches but in a quiet area. Staff was lovely and helpful. We asked to check out at 8pm to make most of our last day in Sri Lanka and they accommodated the request for a fair fee. Breakfast was alright but could be improved with greater variety and better quality to really make the experience a 10 out of 10 (but maybe we have been spoiled by previous home stays’ hosts who cooked delicious Sri Lankan homemade food for us!)

A bit far from the main road. Mirissa Beach is around 5-7 minutes walk from the resort. If you're not particularly looking for a beach view room, then there's no reason to dislike this place.

As big as the room was, there was no common space to sit other than the beds. The bathroom is very nice, but not great for friends/ non couples as it’s quite transparent. Not feasible to use the nice bathtub either because of privacy reason.

The place is very nice with a great outdoor poolside, a spa, and the room was very spacious, the bathroom was the highlight. Staff were nice and accommodating, good location.

Minor issue: - swimming pool was warm- however since we were mostly at the beach the whole time we never needed it.

What we loved - great staff who went out of their way to accommodate us for various requests - perfect location, easily walkable between Secret Beach, Mirissa Beach and restaurants in town - nice, clean and comfortable rooms - in-house spa, providing good massages for decent prices - generous breakfast with a mix of western and local foods

- whilst the location was good, the property is located down a dark ish road (better lighting in some spaces than others - I felt completely safe walking down as a female traveller with a female friend). - be sure to check the spoons on the breakfast buffet to ensure no bugs have landed on them.

- We stayed in the double deluxe room which was extremely spacious, well decorated and modern. - All staff (check in / security / breakfast / pool etc), were extremely attentive and friendly. - Lovely and quiet pool area with 7 in pool sun beds, and at least 7 out of pool sun beds with parasols. - Nice pool bar - we had a yummy pina colada cocktail here! - Breakfast buffet was yummy - lots of Sri Lankan options which we throughly enjoyed feasting on! - Cheap spa treatments (only $20usd for a 60minute full body massage). - Good parking for our tuk tuk at the front of the hotel.

Staff really helpful. Dealt with any issue immediately. Nice pool area and bar. Good location, security guard on the door. Owner greeted and made an effort to speak. Hotel stood out above the rest.

Nothing! All were more than our expectations.

The pool was very clean and beautiful, well maintained. I spend the night time, there was nobody, so peaceful and quiet. I got a can of beer from the bar, and it was heavenly time! The breakfast buffet (included) offer both local and western foods; papaya juice was so delicious, all food was good, a lot of fruits we had, even they serve omelet freshly cooked by request. The room in the main hotel was very stylish and clean and spacious. We wanted extend our stay, but the family room was not available for the next day, but they offered us their "villa" next to the hotel for the same price. The villa had 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms, spacious dining/living area and a kitchen. The guy who workd the villa kept the garden always tidy and beautiful, and very willing to help us. We all enjoyed the spacious "detached single house villa" like an extra bonus! All stuffs were super attentive and helpful. We loved the hotel/villa so much that we extended our stay from 2 days to 4 days! Thank you so much all stuffs working there! You guys made our experience in Mirissa so wonderful!

Not many deckchairs surrounding the pool, and only a couple in the shade. The area is not very well lit at night. We walked to the main road to find a restaurant for dinner, and on the way there and back had to use the torch on our phones to feel safe and seen by others.

The room was a decent size with a small balcony almost overlooking the pool. The shower was hot with good pressure. The pool was nice and clean. Breakfast was decent (for a buffet style). Staff were really welcoming and very helpful. Just a short walk away from the beach.

The main grievance I had was with the extra 20% of vat and stuff. This should have been made more apparent in the pricing. It's hidden in booking.com as other charges. I really don't like hidden charges, especially since the other hotels don't charge similar amounts.

It was very close to the beach. Easy to walk. The swimming pool is excellent and perfect for children. The breakfast was very nice.

The bathroom was a bit moldy and oldish and always maintaining the heat from the shower. The window was pointing to a small chamber of tools that the cleaning staff was having. There were a lot of mosquitos outside. Could not keep door open to get fresh air.

Staff was helpful, breakfast was very good as well. The room had AC and the rest of the property looked very nice with the pool and breakfast location. Close to the main beach and 10 min walk from the main street. Overall good stay.

Everything about this resort was amazing. The room was incredible, the pool was so lovely, and the staff were INCREDIBLE. They were so accommodating and sorted everything out for us - from trips to explore Mirissa, to arranging tuk tuk rides, and booking different things for us.

Not the ideal location for room - window was facing the hotel backyard. Some small adjustment with the room, e.g. the air conditioning pour the water down on our luggage, but the situation was fixed when the staff came to maintain it.

Very friendly and helpful staff - all our requests were fulfilled. Good breakfast in the nice terrace restaurant. Nice location in the quiet are but still near the beaches. Lovely swimming pool and garden where is pleasant to relax.

A lot of the staff couldn’t speak English but the staff at the reception was nice and made our stay very comfortable.

Nice, big and clean rooms. Problem with closing balcony door which was fixed. Shower worked but only one of the tabs.

There is nothing we did not like!

It was such a lovely hotel to stay. We stayed there for 8 nights and the staff were amazing. The bedroom that we were given was just perfect for what we needed. The swimming pool was lovely and the hotel was so close to the beach. The staff sorted everything out for us (airport pick up, drop off, rental scooter, laundry, etc).

Loss of time when moving from room to.

There were some problems with the room. We booked a room with a view of the pool, but upon arrival we checked into a room with a view of the road. After communicating with the management, this issue was resolved, we were settled in a family room, larger in area. Two nights later, they checked into the room that was originally booked for booking.
