United States of AmericaCafe was closed while we were there so had to sort out every breakfast offsite. AC had a blue light that made it bright in the room overnight, but turning it off made the room very stuffy.
Well located between two palaces and very clean. Toiletries restocked daily as needed without ever asking me which was a nice touch.

We absolutely loved this gem of a hotel. Great location near the arty area of Insadong, close walk to the palace, Museum of Modern Art and other attractions, lots of eating options nearby. Clean comfortable room with a very cosy feel. The bathroom was generous and comfortable. We found the washing/ drying facilities really handy and easy to use. I would absolutely stay here again if I’m ever in Seoul.

United KingdomMy partner lost his wallet on the first day in a taxi. The staff were so helpful, they helped us find the taxi driver by calling the taxi company. We are just super grateful to the staff. The room was very nice and clean and the bathroom as well. The location is amazing for tourists.

We stayed there for 7 nights. Room was spacious and clean. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was also spacious. Location is great, walking distance to Jongnok and Anguk station and also bus stops. 15 mins walk to Myeongdong, 10 mins walk to Ikseondong. 5 minutes walk to supermarket and GS25 convenience stores. Quiet place. Free use of washing machine and dryer at the basement. Very friendly and English speaking staffs. Very responsive and helpful.

The room was really nice, we stayed in korea style room and it was huge. Came during winter time and the hotel provide lots of convenience for us. Have free laundry and the staffs were all very nice and work extra mile to help us though they might not understand english that well, even used the translation apps just to cater to our request
