The front desk staff were attentive and helpful but not always warm. The exception is the bar staff… they were so lovely! A small gym would have been a nice addition, but with the walkability of everything nearby not a must.

The location is unbeatable, and the rooftop is a perfect end of day oasis. The rooms are cozy (especially for clothing storage!) but well designed. We called down for extra hangers, and they were delivered in under 5 min.

We had a great breakfast the first day, organic juices, teas, all the dishes came delicious. Unfortunately I can’t say the same for the second day, they have run out of some of the food supplies, because it did not have the same quality. The food came late, and my eggs were cold, I had to rush, so I ate them anyway. My mom ordered food that never came.

The location was amazing, it felt you were already outside of chaotic Tokyo, but still very close to Shibuya. The balconies having the view of Yoyogi Park was also great. The staff was extra caring with me and my family, as all the other places we visited in Japan! We felt very welcomed.

If I have to be super picky, a towel hook in the room but I am reaching to find something that was ''disappointing''

Just do it! maybe a little more expensive but worth every penny!! We ended out 3.5 week trip around Japan here with a few nights and it was perfect in every way. the rooms are gorgeous the roof top pool is warm enough to swim in rain or shine and the staff and food was amazing. We will definitely stay here again and have already recommended it to our friends.

Rooms are small. No space to unpack. But very comfortable.

The rooftop pool Club was a real treat! Beautifully designed and ultra comfortable to float in 90 degree water with a cocktail after a long day of sightseeing. Staff was very helpful and fun to chat with and our bed and shower were superb!

The location was ideal - 2 blocks to Metro, located in the great neighborhood of SHIBUYA in Tokyo. We loved everything about the room and the property. Great pool, hot tub and pool bar.

Really enjoyed having a balcony to see all the greenery and enjoy a cup of tea or a drink in the evening. Very rare to have a balcony in Asia. I liked that is was not a large scale hotel, very cosy, beautiful Nordic design. The restaurant was excellent. The team was friendly and helpful. Loved our stay. Despite being next to a small round, the glass was soundproof.

So much to like. The hospitality. Small boutique feel. Post-pandemic many hotels have gone minimalist and centralised some in-room amenities, and reduced services for sustainability. The Trunk experience was memorable and I felt well-looked after. Sited in a trendy neighborhood of Tomigaya, it's the ideal place to stay especially for repeat visitors to Tokyo.

We had an amazing experience at this hotel! We loved the location (steps away from Shibuya and the Yoyogi Park metro station) and the heated rooftop pool. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit!

I like to have a fitness room, even if small. But I got to do my yoga by the pool and have a swim so I can't complain! The rooms were a bit on the small side.

It's a very new, modern, boutique sized hotel. Stylish and comfortable The rooftop pool was really nice - really warm water, and with a jacuzzi too. Swam there even when quite cold / night time (open until midnight!). And the bar staff up there were lovely. The location by the park was awesome.

It’s the most beautiful hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Also the N/A mini bar was incredibly curated, fun, and interesting. Lots of local brands and high quality details. The pool is amazing. Staff just excellent.
