We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

JapanThe major area for improvement is the breakfast. I suggest going to a nearby cafe or taking advantage of the hotel's free coffee service and picking up something at the nearby convenience store.
The room was quiet and large enough for 2 people, the staff was always available, and the coffee service in the lobby was appreciated. Great atmosphere for a business hotel and conveniently located close to a major train station.

Very close to Tachikawa station, staff were quick with checking me in. The room size was decent and the bed was comfortable despite being low. The WiFi worked well so I was able to work without any issues.

The location was great, too. 2 minutes from JR station and easy access to both central Tokyo and hiking areas by a train.
