We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Hong KongThe soundproofing wasn't great and could hear the neighbours opening and closing doors and cupboards as well as people walking up and down loudly outside in the corridor.
The room was basic but had all the required amenities and was clean. Check-in was all electronic but very quick and efficient. The location was good right next to train stations and in the heart of Shinjuku and all it has to offer.

United States of AmericaThere were only 3 washing/dryer machines. Other guests weren’t considerate and left their laundry in the machine for hours with their pass code locking the machines from anyone else using it. Would be great to have more washing/drying machines. More food options across the street. Most nights, I was so tired from a whole day of walking but was still hungry. The hotel does have a restaurant. I will try it upon my return stay tomorrow.
Location was right next to/adjacent to the Shinjuku station. Little did I realize how huge the station was. Depending on which train I was trying to catch, it could be some significant walking time. Thank goodness the hotel was right by the station. Can’t imagine how much more walking I would have had otherwise.

AustraliaNo desk to discuss/arrange tours/trips. You have to do it yourself. If would be very useful for tourist not speaking Japanese. It would costs them minimum if they have someone dedicated between 8.30 - 4.30pm
Location very close to Shinjuku station and hop on hop off bus. Unfortunately non of that infor is passed on to travellers. Rooms were clean but v small.

IndonesiaJapanese toilet paper is just super thin. Mattress is kinda hard and pillows are small and too flat.
Room is clean, plenty of amenities in the lobby for guests including free umbrellas that we can borroq when it’s raining outside. Room size is pretty good for a Japanese hotel. Location is awesome! Airport busses arrive and depart directly from the hotel, Shinjuku station is right in front of the hotel (very short walk), and surrounded by convenient stores and restaurants. Getting around and getting food was super easy. Coin laundry facility is also great. You can monitor which machines are available and the status of your laundry through the tv.
