The only thing, and it was probably our fault as first-time visitors to Tokyo was the room. It is advertised as a double room but is super small with the bed against the wall. It was a bit of a squeeze for us and probably would more suit a single traveller

The hotel is in an amazing location next to two subway lines, tons of restaurants and shops nearby. Free amenities at the reception are amazing, especially the facemasks 💕 check-in was easy as was checkout. Breakfast was extensive, and staff were welcoming and friendly. Loved our stay and would 100% stay again, in a slightly bigger room.

bringing our luggages to our room using the cart provided by the hotel. A bit difficult when the luggages are heavy but there are hotel staff who can help you put your luggage on the cart. Also, difficult to push the cart on carpeted floor.

Perfect location! Very near Shinjuku station and the bus station. Rooms are clean and the toiletries are provided at the lobby and you can get what you need anytime. Sleepwear are provided. Housekeeping cleans the room everyday, upon request. there are common washing machines/dryer provided at certain floors. You can monitor from the TV screen in your room if your laundry is already finished. The bus station is on the Newoman bldg. just a few minutes walk from the hotel. They have the airport limousine bus, buses that go to Disneyland Resort, Gotemba, lake Kawaguicho and other tourist destinations. The hotel is a semi self-service hotel type because you bring your luggages to your room. There are carts available, though.

Excellent location for the airport limousine bus! The bus stops right outside the hotel for transport to/from the airport - very convenient and relaxing using the airport limousine bus. The hotel is also near the Shinjuku train station.

Small rooms, kind of run down a bit. We've stayed here twice before, in 2013 and 2017, and the hotel shows its age. But still quite acceptable.

Convenient location. You can take an airport shuttle directly here from Haneda. Lots of great restaurants and shops right out your front door and to the left.

Some (international) staff have a much lower morale and negligent attitude, compared with their Japanese colleagues. Understand the policy is check in after 3pm. However, there is no need to "provide" the 1000 yen per hour / membership early check-in option with a cold tone. No, thanks.

Location: 5min from Shinjuku terminal. Airport shuttle bus picks you at the hotel entrance. Flexible bathroom supply at the lobby.

The cleaning services were strange. One time they left some medicine packaging in our room, another time they only replaced one towel, there was always something weird. To the staff's right I'll say that after we talked to them, the weird things stopped and the room was cleaned flawlessly

We spent 4 nights at this hotel and it was great. It was located just around the corner from Shinjuku station where we used the Yamanote line to get around most of Tokyo. This area was also filled with shops and restaurants. It was right opposite a food court that does vegan food as well as the usual choices, which was really handy as a vegetarian getting themselves orientated on their first day in Tokyo. The rooms were clean and while a little small (this is expected in Tokyo) it was big enough for what we needed. It was helpful that the hotel had considered spaces for where to put your luggage as well. There was an amenities bar in reception where you could get as much of anything you needed including things like moisturiser, face masks and green tea. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They helped us with filling out shipping forms for our luggage and calling restaurants for reservations. They spoke very good English too. We didn't have dinner here or go to the bar, but the breakfast was good.
