Big twin room located near Tokyo station

The room was shockingly small, even by Japanese standards.

The breakfast and staff were both excellent.

Few breakfast options, which were the same everyday. No options of Western type of breakfast, only Japanese breakfast. People working on the front desk were very attentive, but spoke very little English (if any English at all). The room was very small, but I guess this is standard for hotels in Tokyo.

The room was very nice despite being small. Location was very good, close to subway stations and commercial centers. It is a good option for someone who is going to a conference in the Tokyo International Forum, since it is just a 10-15 min. walk.

The hotel is located in a quiet area, close to the train station and two metro stations. The premium twin room I had was large, clean and comfortable. For a cost of 460 euros, for 5 nights, I think it was a good choice, which I would repeat if I arrived in Tokyo again

We paid for the laundry and used it but it didn’t have soap in it so our clothes remained dirty. Informed the staff about the issue. It seems the soap refill was over. Minor issue though

Fantastic location. Close to a variety of metro stations on different lines. Very easy to commute. Taxis also easily available and affordable for short distances. 711 was close by. Two of them infact were very close. Nice supply of toiletries at the reception to pick what we wanted. Went beyond just the basics.

Cleanness the room is rather poor than before. Many touriest /guest comes I know but for Japanese Trourist, Guest. Cleanness more better before. We mind Tokojirami so should be clean more for next guest.

Location and quickness of check in / out. Staffer can speak English very well so good for foreigner.

The room is as expected. Not too big or too small for us. Location is great since we have to catch an early train in the next morning. Plenty of restaurants around the hotel. Nothing to complain about.

The room was very small and it gets too crowded with our luggages. But still okay as we are always out during day time. We also didn’t like the breakfast. It doesn’t change, same menu everyday. We just get our coffee and eat outside.

The location was perfect. Very near to the train station. 1-2mins walk. This was our second hotel. A little bit quiet as it is an executive business area.

I misunderstood the meal voucher (breakfast); the staff at that time did not adequately explain that you can only buy the voucher on the day you use it.

I stayed in a Twin Sharing room, which was quite spacious and well-furnished. The lobby is small but has a warm ambiance. The hotel is a 7 to 10-minute walk from Tokyo Station (Yaesu exit). There’s some construction along the way, which makes it a bit challenging to get to the hotel quickly. Staff are nice and patient.
