Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

IndonesiaRoom is small. Therefore those traveling with huge luggages would take more space to the room that is already tight. Travel light.
Location near Daimon Subway station, Hammamatsucho JR (Yamanote line) and the monorail to Haneda. Convenient to hotel. Many restaurants are nearby. Near Tokyo tower and the park. Clean bathroom, plenty of amenities and clean room.

United KingdomRoom is quite small, so if you have big luggage there will be no space left, recommend to book the double room only if you travel light
The hotel is easy to find and is close to Daimon station, within 30' on Asakusa & Keikyu line to Haneda airport. Check in and check out is straightforward (the staff will show you how to check in from the machine). They also have a board with food recommendation cards to pick up if you want to find some good places to go.

Bulgaria- Some of the staff didn't speak good English - The room was teeny tiny and the pillows were too small and soft for our liking
- The hotel was very well situated, it was close to multiple metro stations and a JR station, so it was easy to explore the city from there. It was also only 25-30 minutes away from Tsukiji Market, so we went there twice in the two days we stayed in Tokyo. - The room was clean, there were towels and pajamas provided. You could also get free amenities from the reception - they had toothpaste, toothbrushes, hair ties among others. - The check-in and check-out process is automatic and done at a machine, which was also convenient and the staff let us leave our luggage there before check-in, since we arrived before noon.

United KingdomFelt a bit ill in the bathroom, not sure if it’s bc of uneven flooring or the yellow lighting?
I expected the hotel room to be small, so I was OK with the size. It was a bit of a squeeze for two people & two large luggages. The room is functional. It worked as a nice base for our first few days in Tokyo. Comfortable bed. Lots of amenities available in the lobby. Excellent location, close to train station, conbinis, restaurants, and bars. Close to Hamarikyu Gardens, Tsukiji fish market. Tokyo Tower is only a 10/15 minute walk away! Quiet neighbourhood. It felt safe, even walking around at night.

Room was very clean and I was pleasantly surprised by the nice view of the Mori Building in Azabudai Hills from my window. The location is great - close to subway and Yamanote Line. I liked the breakfast buffet and the information corner by the entrance that featured information about the Hamamatsucho area. I will keep the booklets and brochures for reference. The staff was very nice to hold our luggage after checkout, until we were ready to go to the airport. I realize we might have caused a bit of meiwaku because we had 8 people and a lot of luggage. (Sumimasen!) But I very much appreciated the staff holding our luggage.

PolandThe hotel is located not far away from the metro station. The rooms are small but they are equiped with everything you need. You can control temperature in the room and decide whether you need the full room cleaning or just towel changes. The hotel serves breakfast every morning and if you're not familiar with asian food you can chose some european style food. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Make sure you have an adapter or you can ask for a cabel to charge your phone at the reception.
