There's nothing in the property I disliked. The beds were spacious. The washrooms were clean. Heck, it was very close to the subway stations, too. It ticks off every box for a comfy stay in Tokyo.

Everything. The capsules are spacious. The washrooms are clean and well stocked with toiletries. The spacious lobby has free coffee, water, ice, and a microwave. But what really makes Resol Poshtel stand out is the staff who are courteous and committed to making your stay perfect. Throughout my time, they helped me tremendously with changing my low value coins like 1 yens, measuring the weight of my luggage, and overall general patience with making all of my requests possible. My thanks especially to Yoshi-san, Tastu-san, and Nana-san for their kind hospitality.

Would have preferred a door to a curtain, and the curved arch going into the pod made it so it’s easy to hit your head if you aren’t careful (and I am not tall).

No complaints about the hotel or their services. Mainly directed for guests is to clean up after yourself in common areas etc. Doors can be noisy as they close, as people come and go in the capsule room during the evening. But I found that the earplugs provided helped a lot! Not too many specialized vegan/vegetarian restaurants in the area for food, but a range of dessert places are available.

A great first, capsule experience. Staff were awesome, polite, and helpful. Capsule comfortable and cozy. Safe. Different floors for guests depending on where you book (female/male/mixed). I chose this accommodation because they don't require you to leave the premises each day during cleaning hours (like other capsule hotels) and cleaning was well done and regular. New towels provided daily and toiletries available to use (earplugs too- helpful for shared sleeping spaces) I also enjoyed the water and coffee machines available in the common area. I would recommend this place. The area was great location in Asakusa. Close to touristy shopping and temples and I was able to experience the area and temple with high and low tourist traffic. 10-15 min walk to train and subway stations.

The hosts were are very welcoming and helpful. Everything was very clean, from the bathrooms to the toilets and the shared spaces. I loved the coffee and the neighborhood in which RESOL is located. I went back at the end of my trip too.

Checkout time at 10 am too early

Comfortable sleeping capsules with enough space for storage and the double curtain helped block out light and noise, however it also blocks the AC from cooling down your unit. Location is quiet and conveniently located for Asakusa area, wifi was fast everywhere in the accommodation, clean towels every day, lovely shower

It wasn’t very social

1) Comfortable cabin beds with blackout blinds and space for personal items and luggage 2) Clean bathrooms and toilets with towels changed every day 3) Free coffee or hot water on the second floor 4) Within 10 minutes walking distance of metro station and close to Senso-ji temple 5) Lots of shops and restaurants close by 6) Friendly and helpful staff

No breakfast option and not many places in the area to find breakfast. The common rooms were nice but not super homely. Not a great ‘traveller atmosphere’ if that’s what you’re looking for.

The hotel was spotlessly clean and had everything you needed for a comfortable stay! The bed pods in the shared room were v comfy and spacious enough. Shower room and make up rooms were both really well equipped.

Everything was exceptional. Only one minor, the pillow was very hard and would prefer a softer pillow.

What a fantastic hostel with an excellent facilities. The staff were absolutely helpful and very friendly. I loved how clean and fancy the powder room with hair straighteners. I would highly recommend this property and will revisit it.

The pillow is a little too high for me.

Everything! It's the best hostel I have ever stayed in Tokyo so far. - I was a little afraid at first because the room I got is a mixed dormitory (snoring, etc.). But turns out it was really quite and everybody was so considerate. Shower and toilets are clean. The staff cleaned it quite frequently. - I like the fact that you can also store luggage under your bed!

Cleanliness of the shared bathroom can be improved. Cleaners only clean around check out-check in time, the toilets and basins area are quite dirty in the evening.

Bed was made, towels and toiletries included, coffee & water available for guests on 2nd floor. Can store your luggage before and after check in/out. Cabin has power outlet, small locker for valuables that fits laptop, under-bed storage for luggage including key lock for security. Also can adjust the lighting in the cabin.

The bed wasn't the most comfortable and the tables in the common area were not great for working. Others rarely used the female lounge and most kept to themselves, so not a place to meet others if that's what you prefer.

The best hostel I ever stayed at. Asakusa is a great place to stay for Tokyo and this hostel is at the center of it. Capsule was big, had great space for storage (even a lock for the luggage under bed). The bathroom & shower were separate, lots of space and had everything you need.
