+ Pillow could have been softer (less a criticism and more a preference). + You do have to leave your keys if you are going out (though I did not have an issue with this).

+ Good location near stations and Korean town. + Loved the futuristic look of the capsule pods. + Nice lounge area providing a fabulous view of Tokyo.

Cleanliness of the men toilets and bathrooms was not optimal. A tad expensive for pods, but can be explained by the location.

Concept is well executed. Cleanliness of the woman section was great, the men section was less clean though. The pods were very comfy and the staff very helpful. The reception/coffee area has an amazing view and the location is great.

If you wanted to sleep late, it was quite uncomfortable because the staff was cleaning the room starting 10 and the noise was quite unpleasant.

The location was perfect for exploring Tokyo, close to the Main Metro line, it was clean and well organized, the common area was big enough to relax and ,chill a little.

The padding for the mattress wasn't very soft and since I'm a side sleeper it caused me to wake up several times to readjust and get comfortable. The pajamas provided only went to "L" sizing and barely fit me (6'4" tall). The pods aren't as sound-proofed as expected and the opening cover is just a pull-down screen. If the other people staying there aren't considerate of the noise they're making, you will hear them quite easily.

Conveniently located about 2 blocks away from Shin-Okubo station, and around plenty of amazing places to eat. The showers and toilets were spacious, and the bed was big enough for me to fit (I'm 6'4"). The showers and toilets were also quite clean considering they are shared spaces constantly being used. The whole building felt modern and secure; it was perfect for an overnight stay back in Tokyo before leaving the next day.

Mattresses are thin and the pillow is a bit strange. The elevator system is a little inconvenient.

The absence of benchs or chairs next where the lockers are. So, to take out your clothes and toiletries was kind of difficult have to stand while looking for things.

Many people snoring like monster and they are not soundproof and sometimes they do not respect the rules. But the rest is awesome, come back again for sure.

I have to admit, that bathrooms were not my favourite part. Each could be closed, had some shelves for your cloths/cosmetics, but the seals/gaskets were covered in black mold and in some cabins there were not attached to cabin but thorn apart and hanging. And in few cabins, the shower head hanger was not working and i was unable to set the shower head on desired height.

Great location, very close to train station and with plenty of shops around. Everything was clearly explained by the helpful staff and we didn't have any issues with moving around the facility. Lounge is great, with magnificent view. Capsules are clean and cosy. We felt safe and satisfied - for this price i thik this might be THE BEST accommodation option if you are looking for a place to sleep and you plan on exploring the city during the day.

Inconvenient to go from level to level regularly for reception, showers and rooms.

If you have trouble sleeping on a firm/hard mattress this might not be the place for you. Personally I didn’t have any issue but I don’t have any back problems etc.

Very conveniently located from the train station only a 3 minute walk. Very clean and extremely friendly staff. The storage area for your luggage is in the room next to the sleeping area so you aren’t disturbed by people coming, going, or going through their bags. The lockers lock and store quite a bit of stuff. The hangout area on the top floor has wifi and tons of outlets and seating space. Bathroom was also nice. Each pod has a shade that can be pulled down for privacy.

Staff was not very happy.. having the shower on a different floor is a bit frustrating. Also, the key had to be returned to the reception every time you leave the building (can be a good thing, but also frustrating).

Smell from the toilets and showers. Not enough ventilation. They have a legend. Staff is like shadow. Horrible, only because of them the place has salvation. They shouldn’t be like shadows
