The breakfast was excellent. Delicious food of different exquisite flavors and textures in a relaxing environment. The hotel location is outstanding- just next to beautiful arch and walking distance to shops, food and subway system. Would highly recommend this hotel. Staff were English speaking and very helpful and pleasant.

I found the bed and pillow was uncomfortable.

Location is superb right in the heart of the action. Staff are very friendly and extremely helpful in every aspect. The room was spotless and well equipped with glasses, coffee machine and pods and ice machine available. Deep bath was great after a day exploring and shower was also great.

Minor nitpick was the automatic toilet. I loved it, but opened every time we were near the bathroom, even if we were not going to use it! 😅

Superb location and modern facilities, but retaining a traditional Japanese aesthetic. The views from the rooms are also phenomenal. Good for walking around as well as first time visitors to Tokyo, I think. Close to stations, restaurants and the Sumida river.

The boutique hotel is calm and quiet right in the heart of Tokyo. Breakfast was exquisite with multiple options with plenty to eat. The chef is a culinary artist! Staff was attentive and accommodating to my family. Would stay here again .

This was my first hotel during my first trip to Japan. The staff were all incredibly friendly and removed a lot of the stress from my first couple of nights! The location is great, walking distance to a lot of great restaurants and the Kaminarimon and Senso-Ji temples. Despite that, I didn't have any issues with noise at night. The facilities themselves were very modern and clean, but still gave an authentic ryokan feel with the tatami-mat flooring.

The location is not far away from Asakusa station. Our room was a traditional Japanese style. The mattresses were a bit but we didn‘t mind. It might get a bit noisy due to the Nakamise Street next to it, we still enjoyed it a lot. The staff was friendly and helpful. The facility was well decorated and everything was clean.

The only thing I would recommend is to bring eye patches for sleeping as the room was lit up from the surrounding outside lights, but that is to be expected so not a complaint. Just a side note for anyone that may need it more dark to sleep.

We didn't get the breakfast, but wish we would have. The location was amazing, so many options for food and fun just outside the door. I love that the moment you walked in you were in a totally serene space if you need to escape all that is going on. It was also cool to have a Starbucks for coffee in the same building!

It is difficult to find a breakfast place that is open before 10 around this location. You can arrange for breakfast if you book it in advance. We ended up going to Lawsons and Family Mart!

Beautiful finishes and decor. Great location. Coffee and teas provided are excellent. Comfortable and spacious. The staff are very kind and even so thoughtful as to give a birthday gift to one of our party. Not a problem for us but just be aware that there are two double size beds in the bedroom and a third bed is a futon on the ground in the living room.

A bit pricey. Several similar but cheaper alternatives, albeit without the view, are available nearby.

Beautiful, stylish suite (Sakura) on top floor with sweeping views of Kaminarimon Gate, Senso-ji Shrine and the shopping alley leading to it. Suite offers both a Japanese-style living room and a Western-style bedroom. Modern private bathroom with a large soaking tub and a state-of-the-art toilet. Very quiet and relaxing. Excellent Japanese breakfast served in the dining room in the morning.
