Could not fault the facilities. Really lovely charming place to stay. The staff were super friendly and helpful!!! The coffee shop in hotel serves delicious coffee and try their homemade ginger drinks. 10/10!

Bed and pillows were a little hard as we had experienced throughout our stay in Japan.

Staff were very welcoming and made us feel at home during our stay in Kanazawa. We also loved their coffee shop especially after a long day of sightseeing. The location was fantastic being very central to old town and markets if a little far from rail station.

Nothing - the people were wonderful, the location was terrific, the room was comfortable and I'd love to come back.

The location is wonderful, within walking distance of so much of interest and also easy to access for public transit. We rented bikes from the front desk as well and had a wonderful time riding around. Beds are comfortable, and we enjoyed being able to walk to great restaurants and places to visit.

This was this quite little located in walking distance to the Kanazawa castle ruins . For about 22 USD I got a well stocked room and it was all top notch . Staff was super helpful they made sure my bags were in the room as I had come to drop them way before check in time . They have a little cafe down stairs and the ginger latte is something you should try . Gonna come back here super soon .

I found an old customer receipt/note (from November 2023) in the hairdryer bag but otherwise, everything was good.

The whole hotel is modern and feels new. Room was nice and quite large for one person. Great sunset from the window of the room. I felt welcomed at all times, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful.

The location is absolutely amazing and You can walk to every tourist attraction within 10/15 minutes. Best english speaking staff I met in Japan. There is also a Yamato Luggage Delivery, shopping mall and Omicho Market around the corner.

The host was super friendly, and always with a smile in the face. From the moment when we arrived, we felt at home. As well, in the reception it is a cafeteria and they have a great coffee and other drinks. They recommended us different restaurants and places to visit. My wife and I will definitely stay there again.

Amazing find! Couldn’t believe our luck. Such wonderful staff, very friendly and helpful. Gave us tips to local beaches including best sunset spots we wouldn’t have known about otherwise. Would definitely recommend. Great location walk to sights and train station. Amazing coffee and chilled atmosphere in cafe area to enjoy. Japanese style room was a great experience. We loved it!

No space for suitcase - bed was huge so it took most of a space in a room. Bathroom was little dated.

Awesome staff, huge bed, great location. Room was really clean, and it has HUGE bed. I like friendliness of staff, cleanliness and overall feel really good in this hotel. Location was just perfect - 2 minutes walk from fish market and park.
