Breakfast service was not that good. First, location of restaurant wasnt inside de hotel, later, we had to ask for rice because bowl was empty. They ended breakfast 15 minutes before finish time (taking food away), so we has to run to pick up food.

At night even with the curtains on the room felt too bright. We managed to adjust to it (probably because we were very tired after a full day of sightseeing) but I know it might not feel comfortable for everyone.

Amazing location, very nice staff. We loved the experience of sleeping on futon beds and having tatami floor. Also the layout of the room was very "japanese" with a genkan which we also loved.

The breakfast was very different from western style breakfast. A little difficult for us to eat….

We appreceated the japanese-stycke rooms and the Onsen on too of the building. Very Nice after ä long day exploring the city.

A bit far from the station. 10 minutes walk. The breakfast was good, the choice was not bad, but you had to be there at 9 am, to get a good buffet. The one day they already cleaned the buffet at 9.15. The onsen is a nice on the top, but not really the best we had seen. It's not worth the prize. Next time I would rather go to another place nearer to a station and not so expensive.

The rooms were very nice. It was enough space for 3 people and the futon was very comfortable. The check out time is 12 am. Good choice for breakfast in continental and japanese food

The doorframe was lower than I expected. I'm 188cm tall and the room could not hold. I bumped my head every day.

The circumstances were very quiet, and it was a 5-minute walk to the metro station. The room was extremely clean. The big, public bath was great. My wife and I really enjoyed it.

The pillow for the futon was a firm bean style. Too firm for me.

Very good value, a few stations to chose from, easy to walk to Ueno and Akihabara. Simple, traditional style breakfast. Nice room, and very comfortable apart from the pillow. Nice to have an indoor/ outdoor onsen and laundry. Exceeded expectations.

The room wasnt cleaned well, there were hairs from someone who trimmed his beard and a fake eyelash on the floor. The matrasses were too thin, so we woke up with backpain every morning.

Friendly staff, nice Japanese breakfast, located near metro stations and restaurants. They allowed is to store our suitcases before and after our stay.

A little bit of street noise at night, expected in a big city.

Nice location away from the hustle and bustle of Tokyo city center. Breakfast was good but routine. We found the room comfortable with futons with floor seats only. We were in an end room, a little bit larger than the other rooms. There are an onsen and outside sitting area on the 6th floor. There is also a supermarket within a 3 minute walk.

Breakfast mix of Japanese & European foods is good for a family breakfast. Maybe Edoya could add a breakfast option to have coffee / tea with breakfast pastries as self-service in the lobby area 7am-9am?

The location was a little inconvenient being on a hill and it's quite a distance from the subway station.Carrying heavy luggage up proved to be a bit of a struggle.
