They didn't have no hot water for the period of time. I didn't get a great shower due to the inconvenience

Room had a leaking toilet that left the bathroom floor wet. We had to use towels slow the spread, loose baseboard and was not cleaned well before we arrived. Leaky ceiling in the bathroom and mold build up as well. . Sponge for dishwashing was used. Restroom in the public area.

Staff were friendly, quick access to beach, food and shops. Beds were comfortable, room was cozy and a great fit for my family.

the room wasn't as clean as It should be. I had to wash the dishes and wipe down shelfs and surface area. There wasn't any broom or dustpan to sweep up in the rooms either.

Location was spot on, the beach was lovely. and easy access to the local stores and supermarket. The beds were comfortable and Im glad the a/c, wifi and television worked without any fuss.

The walking distance to some of the buildings was far. The stairs is a hinderance for family member (older) guests.

The location is good and access to the facility was very easy and it felt safe. Loved that it had restaurants there so we were able to order food on the compound.

The bedroom needs updating, old very worn furniture. And stained bedding. The room was not cleaned just tidy. Hygiene is very poor. We had to clean everything.

Would have been nice if breakfast was optional, most meal cooked by myself.

it is tatty in parts as the woodwork around the bathroom ceiling and skirting boards are falling off and we’re coming away which may have caused the tiny insects to be noticeable . but I always buy Baygone. the oven not clean and the bathroom door is decaying.

Tv problems....needed new batteries for the remote. Poor quality of kitchen dishes, glasses, pots and pans that need to be upgraded. Paid for 3 people to enjoy the room..Only 2 decent plates, one glass for juice, NO toaster provided and NO hairdryer . Called maintenance as toliet/shower leaking. We had a soggy bathroom for 2 days!!!

Loved the color and decor but lamp shades are badly soiled and stained ruining the look. Location, Location,Location !

there were cracks on the bathroom wall beside the mirror, I’m talking big cracks lifting off the wall. that’s not okay with me. the closet had an old dirty broom laying around in it and it smells moldy in there. The ironing board was all so dirty and they did not give me a code for the safe so I could not store my valuables in a safe area for thieves to not take them. I recommend having a network free television that’s able to connect to the Wi-Fi so I can watch Netflix and other entertainment platforms. the cable channel chips out for a while, and then chips and back.

the beds are soft and squishy, not too much it’s just right. took me a while to figure out the air conditioning but it worked, we had a cool room all day and night. There is hot water and towels, we even got extra towels in the closet. pots and pans and kitchen cutlery/ utensils are at our advantage, microwave and a whole lot. it’s a pretty good set up. very comfy and quite.

The housekeeping process isn't too customer friendly. You have to call the housekeeper to come and clean the room and if you don't call then they don't come. I think there needs to be a better system of managing housekeeping. it's a hot country; the towels and sheets will need to be changed at least every two days so I think this should be a little bit more straightforward for guests.

Great location, beautiful grounds and really in the heart of town. I love that it's not in tourist central and that locals come and eat at the restaurant and chill by the pool. The staff at the restaurant were really friendly and it was great that they served authentic Jamaican food. One thing I love about Jamaica is the liveliness and that you're never too far away from music. When booking, I saw a few people complain about the music by the pool area in the evenings but I loved that there was a DJ playing music every night and the music was great to fall asleep to.

Requested housekeeping several times and they never came to my room. Had to track down a housekeeper for some fresh towels. She stated she was too busy and I have to follow her for towels if I want them.

I loved the property right on the beach and close to a lot of attractions.

We weren’t informed that the gym was inactive nor that the playground for kids was no longer available and that the restaurant was not operative even though it was inclusive in what we paid for. I believe things should be updated as the sole purpose for persons choosing your place over everybody else’s to enjoy what they’ve paid for and that wasn’t the case.

Black mold in bathroom and air conditioning unit which had never been cleaned and caked with dust. No glass in windows. Louvers which open to outside. Little security. Stained lamp shades. Dirty curtains. No sound barrier to the outside. Shower which didn't drain well. Tropical where bugs are expected but didn't like them indoors...

Location, location, location. The people. The country. Full kitchen.
