Super cool and funky interior! Modern, clean and definitely one of the highlights in Palermo. Amazing breakfast and super helpful and friendly staff. The location is super good too- very close to all the tourist attractions, main streets and good restaurants. I would definitely come and stay in this hotel next time too!

Likely the world's best hotel breakfast. When you sit down at a two person table they pull up another two person table just to fit all the food they are about to bring out for you. 10/10 Comfortable rooms and great location.

The room was unique with all facilities provided. Breakfast was amazing, so much and so varied, I didn’t need to eat until evening. It was an ideal location to visit all the sights in Palermo on foot.

Definitely had an issue with mosquitos, but the staff was really helpful with that!

Hotel and Pool was very quirky and well decorated. Staff were so very pleasant and exceptionally helpful. Breakfast was amazing so much fab food. Location for sight seeing, eating out etc excellent

My room was quite close to the breakfast /lobby area and the noises from the corridor woke me up earlier than I would have wanted. So I slept a bit poorly but otherwise a great hotel.

A great location, beautiful room, amazing breakfast and lovely staff. I was also offered little pastries on arrival, which was nice. There are very good & high quality train connections to Palermo airport, but arriving late, I was grateful for the hotel's offer to organise transport to the hotel.

Everything went well! From the arranged pickup from the airport to the taxi back again everything was good. The style of the hotel is engaging and original, the breakfasts are magnificent and the pool is a delightful extra.

I can only mention minor issues that got resolved immediately and got taken care of in such a nice way that I wouldn't pay it all too much attention. But just because it's something that's always important to me personally at any stay: It was written that for our room we were supposed to have a water kettle because I'm a coffee lover and I would've loved to have that available. But upon request we received one immediately. The coffee I got from a grocery store nearby.

The service was great everyone was so nice and welcoming. We really appreciate the kindness and warmth of everyone that works here and the host especially. The design of the place was phenomenal, the spa is made of dreams and it is gigantic. It is absolutely worth it! Upon arrival we received a welcoming snack. (Thank you again it was si tasty!) The breakfast was fantastic and there was so much food you could never finish it. There was a mix of fruits and sweet pastries but also savoury additions eggs, ham, salami etc. (My favorite was the ginormous pistachio croissant.) In our room there were also snacks and drinks available. The location is amazing everything you need is close by and the trainstation too. I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

Not much storage space in the room but didn’t matter so much as we were only staying for a few nights.

Great staff, always happy to help and give recommendations. Located right next to the historic centre so great to get about and everything is walkable. Breakfast was excellent too.

Our room, although very nice and clean on the 2nd floor , had a strange location in that the entry and window could not be opened without exposing it to the ground floor breakfast and main public area. We worried about having so many Vespas hanging on the wall of our room, although it was an interesting display. We loved the the building was converted from an ancient church. The restoration was beautiful.

We thoroughly enjoyed and appreciated our time here. The staff was the best; breakfast was above average, actually, it was very diverse and exceptional. Location near the must visit sites was also excellent.
