Perfect location, excellent apartment, had everything we wanted and needed.

It was sad that the english and german TV channels did not work We were also disappointed that no taxi was available to take us to the train station the distance seems to be too close (not a fault of Il Sogno) just to be aware we had to walk with my husband in the wheelchair and all luggage in pouring rain UPHILL luckily a kind young man gave us help pushing the wheelchair we are ll in our 80s and you might consider this

We enjoyed our stay and the balcony was fantastic overlooking the lake, the facilities were good

The lady gave us an old bus timetable from 2022 but i have informed her and she has now got updated one.

Good location and walkable to the town centre and railway and ferry station and to the buses. Apartment was clean and they even put the heating on before we went in as it was a bit cold on that day. Rooms were clean and good size. The lady in the reception was good and helpful.

We traveled in the off-season and only stayed one night, we just wanted to take a walk around the area between some days when we had other goals. Most readers are probably interested in another perspective, that of seasonal tourism, which I have not experienced. For us it was well positioned, 10 minutes walk from the train station, 5 minutes from a major local bus station, 5-10 minutes walk from a lot restaurants. It is located on a street that at least in the off-season is very quiet, somehow out from the main streets. The area of the apartment was very big for two people. The apartment is simple and everything was clean. The bathroom is large and clean, equipped with everything you could need. By the way, it was an olive shower gel which smelled fabulous. I wasn't interested in the kitchen equipment, I couldn't give a fair review. But there were dishes and cutlery, a kettle, dishes for cooking, etc. The bed was comfortable and clean.

Calling it a “Lake View Apartment” was deceptive. The lake was barely visible. The lift was out of order during my stay. I had to climb to the third floor and was not offered an alternative apartment.

The location is excellent - a short walk to the train, bus, ferry, supermarket and waterfront. The surrounding area is quiet and the property is very well maintained. The apartment is roomy, air conditioned, very clean and comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen. The staff are helpful - especially when I needed “lessons” in how to use the room locks.

Nothing although more sockets and a better air conditioning unit would help but it didn’t affect our stay.

Suggest ought provide toaster in kitchen. Ought provide better clearer street map of Descenzano. Didn't like the mosquitoes !

Location great. Didn't have car, near train station , near town, near supermarket. Room spacious and bathroom very comfortable size. Aircon good. FreeBike use provided a very nice touch and magazines. Safe in room. Pool good. Place clean. Staff friendly and helpful.

Wonderful apartment with two bedrooms, kitchen and a balcony with a view of lake garda. Could not fault this place to stay. Near the train station so easy to get to verona and Venice. Near to boats so easy to visit other places on the lake. Staff were extremely helpful especially Oscar.

Building and rooms slightly old but still ok.

Excellent serviced apartments in a great location. Small kitchen in the room with all facilities including a small electric stove, microwave and kettle. Clean rooms with a balcony to sit outside and enjoy the sunsets. Staff were all very friendly and accommodating. Easy check in and check out. The pool was also clean and so lovely. Lift access to all floors available. Great stay! Would definitely return.

Swimming pool is at the back of the apartments next to the bins !! Pool water was also absolutely freezing !! - even though we went at the end of August so you would think it would have the whole summer sun to heat it up.

The apartments are in a great location, 5-10 minutes walk down to the main restaurants and bars, also 5 minutes walk to nearest supermarket . Our apartment had everything we needed and was very clean. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

The swimming pool is quite small and at times sun beds are not available (taken by other guests).

Excellent location - very close to the train station, the lake, and the city center. Staff gave also very helpful tips for day trips. The apartment was very clean, with nice balcony and view to the lake.

The concierge Salvatore could not have been more helpful, what a lovely man! The apartment was modern, spacious and clean. The pool area was lovely and so quiet, it felt like a private pool! The location is perfect, in a quiet area but within view of the lake. Altogether, an excellent place to stay! Breakfast was excellent, the buffet had a great selection.

Nothing, although we would have found a microwave in the room very useful.

Location was perfect as we travelled to the town by train. Having reception staff available for helping with queries/directions etc. was also a big advantage - they were always very helpful and friendly too. For guests with limited mobility or carrying heavy luggage there is a lift available which we appreciated. The room itself was clean, modern, and comfortable and had everything we needed. It was beautifully quite as well so we slept well every night.
