Lack of commucation from staff about several issues with the 2 rooms we had it took me getting in touch with bookings.com to get a response no staff at reception over the 5 days we were there everything is done via what’s app, you don’t have items broken or not working and charge premium prices and ignore us when we ask for a resolution. Breakfast for 5 days was the same boring food And u need to book a time slot not enough chairs only 9 chairs 6 rooms in building it’s very much a b&b unsupervised but get cleans get daily weird concept Definitely not family friendly. Either getting told off for my kids having a laugh Disappointed we have traveled the world and to experience such bad customer service paying premium prices for Rome My videos won’t load of broken shower door Leaking toilet Dripping toilet all night long for 5 days straight Basin taps leaking 5 people using one shower instead of 2 because that’s what we paid for 2 rooms

Noisy at times from other rooms - no fault of the property. It was farther than we thought from some of the activities we wanted to do.

The room was quite loud at night, not excessively so but it felt like the walls were thin and street noise leaks in quite a lot. Not a deal breaker though. I'd stay again just in a more premium room next time

Room looked a bit different, from the photos on the website. The bed creaked. The walls were thin, so everything was very audible. Unfortunately also from the streets. Maybe it would be practical to have a bin in a room (there was only a really small one in bathroom).

Room 7: AC was working, but so loud I had to turn it off. Furniture seems a bit "improvised" A bit noisy especially towards the hallway but also the next rooms. For the price I expected a bit more but aside from the AC issue it was fine.

Perfect location, host is friendly, room is spacious, beds are comfortable. The windows cancel the noise from the street quite well.

We were disappointed with our room because unfortunately it did not look like the photos. There are no photos of our room in the picture gallery on the booking.com page. Our room was ok in size and facilities, but just not as nice as shown in the photos. And instead of looking at St. Peter's Basilica, we looked into a small noisy backyard. This was not sufficiently clear from the description of the room.

The apartment is located quite central and in a nice area and you can quickly walk to the old town and the famous sights. The host was very nice and helpful.

- Loud AC units - we raised it with the owner and she kindly moved us to another room where the unit was quiter, nevertheless still quite loud. We were also offered a complimentary breakfast for inconvenience, which was a nice gesture.

Nice, clean, modern property, excellent spot for reaching all of the tourists attractions, Vatican is only a few minutes away. A lot of great restaurants nearby. Highly recommended.

This accommodation is located in perhaps the best location in all of Rome. We did not use any means of transport during our entire stay, except for the journey from and to the airport. The accommodation was very clean, cozy and pleasant. The unpleasant smell from the garbage was after the rainy weather, which is understandable for old houses, as you will read in other reviews. And it only happened once.

The price is too high, next time will find other option. Late check in fee is +30 €. Private transport from airport is overpriced, we had to wait and were with a group on a private(!) transport. Just take a taxi with fixed price (50 €). AC stops working after short time. Checkin is confusing because in other building than apartment.

The location is good, especially for vatican and using bus or metro. Many restaurants and shops. Staff is nice.

The flat is newly renovated, however, some basic amenities are still lacking like towel racks inside the bathroom. Also, the bathroom floor easily gets wet when you take a shower (it seems it need to fix the sealant of the shower glass).

Location is excellent!! Just 5-10 mins walk to the Vatican. Very good restaurants and shopping stores are just nearby. The flat is spacious, good for families. Staff are efficient, you can easily contact them if you have concerns. The breakfast is very good and the price is reasonable.

The only thing was the bed sheets that were a bit small for the size of the bed.

The room was very beautiful and cozy. Comfortable bathroom and bed, with clean towels every time we asked for them.

We had a very pleasant stay, even though our flight had a big delay and we missed the check-in they were waiting us until very late! Place was very clean and spacious, with nice beds and quiet. The location is very close at the Vatican and you can walk to the city center. The host there (Gabi) was amazing and helped us a lot with everything.
