One of my favourite stays in Hyderabad. The food and staff are amazing. The pool area is lush and amazingly clean

Reception service was slow. Pool service was very slow. They weren't any staff around most days to place any food or drinks orders. Most dishes were spicy. A range of continental options low in salt & sugar would've catered well to our palettes. Room sizes are small for families.

The pool and the location are brilliant. It's very secluded and away from the rooms. Staff at breakfast were exceptionally accommodating to our requests, and the overall service was world- class. The chef, Dominic, Prashanth & and the team were fantastic. Great facilities, and a friendly environment for families. Ujwal, who checked us in very early in the morning, and another lady who checked us back in when our flight was cancelled were exceptionally helpful.

The spa had no space and it was difficult to communicate with the nice lady. There seemed to be a lot of work going on (building) near the pool. The pool guy despite there being only one other couple there both days we went did not come up with towels straight away which was weird. Had to walk over and ask him. The Indian dinner restaurant was amazing and the trad music was wonderful but way too loud and distracting. The Walter although eager to please was not listening to our requests but rather continuing to talk over them and therefore not deliver.

The welcome gifts! The staff were lovely. The food was great at breakfast and dinner Indian restaurant Our upgrade was incredible.

The club sandwich and the Caesar salad do not have much in common with the original dishes known from Western countries. However, when in India, you should do as the Indians do anyway and enjoy the local food, which is very good.

Nice rooms, nice lobby, very friendly staff, everything is clean, etc. The breakfast buffet is fantastic. The location is rather central, which is a plus (but you should be aware that traffic in this city is crazy and there is not much you can safely reach by walking...).

a) we understand the Indian culture, but mixing religious welcome ritual with culture made us uncomfortable. Hope the Hotel management would respect the religious sensitivities of its guests belonging to various race, nationalities, religions and castes. b) Sofas and chairs drapery in the room could be taken care of before letting in the next occupant. Sofas were fusty to say the least.

1) Hotel has a unique architecture which blends with the royalty of Hyderabad. 2) Breakfast was awesome - both my spouse and I enjoyed! would like to see more non-vegetarian options that are unique to Hyderabadi culture. 3) Main lobby, breakfast area and its surroundings on the ground floor were excellent!

Building is old and the rooms has mould smell. Wall paper in the rooms are coming off, car pet is very old. Over all the amount of money they charging is not worth for that rooms.

There were random powercuts in the room, thermostat and hair dryer didn't work on the first night.

Good food, great tea, and a cafe space where someone can work peacefully. Room tariff was reasonable and the fitness centre is amazing. Sufficient and good equipment range.
