Exceptional place to stay in Aurangabad. Staff was very helpful in getting us transportation to visit touristic locations around Aurangabad. The restaurant inside was very luxurious and had a great variety of dishes. the rooms are designed in a western-style layout. Washrooms were very clean.

United States of AmericaThree things I didn't really like at all. 1) The first night I ordered a room service around 20:00 and around 22:30 they were calling to my room and ringing my door to pick the dishes up. Probably if it was happening earlier I would be glad, but NOT at that time especially if you are a solo travel woman 2) The bathroom floor, in the toilet area, floods when you use the shower through a hole that separates the areas, but in the toilet area there is no place for the water to go and it remains flooded 3) They wanted to charge me for a sheet that I had dirty, claiming that the stain had not come out when they did not even change it, they made my bed again with the same dirty clothes. I put some hand soap and water on the stain and it came out. They didn't even apologize
The hotel installations in general are really good and exactly as the pictures in the app.

AustraliaWe found it odd that the restaurant opened for dinner at 7.00 pm and the Lounge Bar didn't open until 7.00 pm.
For us our room had plenty of space and was comfortable. All of the staff were very attentive and helpful even though our communication in English was sometimes lost in translation. We enjoyed two dinners in the hotel restaurant.

United States of AmericaI did not like the nite front desk clerk. They charged me for one cup of coffee the day I arrived at check out. I told them I am not having my breakfast for the day I am checking out. So they should waive the charges. I think he was a little stupid. The charge was only 57 rupees. But it was the matter of courtesy.
The rooms were clean. Most of the front staff were very helpful.

PortugalThe Hotel has all the necessary requirements for anyone passing through, as was our case - the aim was to visit the caves of Ajanta and Ellora. The bathroom had little space, particularly to store hygiene products, but it was clean. The hotel's greatest asset is its excellent restaurant: after long visits during the day, being able to get to your room, take a shower and go downstairs for a good dinner is very pleasant.

The room was very clean, beds comfortable and everyone was polite, friendly and helpful. The front of the hotel is on a busy highway but the back opens onto a residential area. The restaurant was extremely clean and inviting. We ate there all 3 nights that we stayed in the hotel. The food was excellent. The location is convenient to the bus station and railway station (short ride with a tuk tuk). The market area was also within walking distance. A very nice hotel for the money.

What a really lovely hotel, quiet and very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful organising all our taxi cars (which I must add that the drivers were really good and helpful also). When sonething was needed the staff were very prompt in organising or getting it for us. The restaurant has a good choice of food, and breakfast was adequate. The hotel also has a small bar, which is a bonus. This is more than a 3-star hotel. We would happily stay here again and will recommend to friends.
