Room was uncomfortably warm. Unfortunately we did not see regulator till the morning. This may be explained on check in to guests

As usual staff were extremely friendly and helpful. In particular Colette at reception was so friendly. She remembered us from previous visit which was nice as they have so many people staying. Room was spotless.

We had three meals at the hotel, all exceeded expectations and the breakfast included in our room rate was one of the best we have had at a hotel. The room was large and bathroom was above expectations as well. The hotel is well maintained and large, and had free underground parking which was appreciated.

The bedroom doors in the rooms close to ours were a bit noisy when closing, a bit much in the middle of the night, they woke me up both nights.

Very comfortable room, very clean, great breakfast, lobby is lovely with comfortable couches with a very relaxed atmosphere , floor staff were super nice!!

Poor marking of parking place under hotel. Why is not marked by all entraces where the road to parking place is. It makes the life much easier when there are some signs where to go.

The new coffee machine. For breakfast. I miss the fancy coffees I would get when ordering a coffee for breakfast. Now the self serve machine does not make the coffee as well and it's not as pretty.

The hotel is beautifully decorated and the outside courtyard is stunning. Love staying here and will continue to do so

Hotel was spotless, the beds were so comfy. Breakfast was so fresh and delicious and we had Carvery Lunch here too which was top class. Staff were so helpful and friendly and you could see they liked working there. Well done team Lawlors, we had a fabulous stay. Thank you 😊

Front desk doesn't speak any French, and makes no effort to speak a good English. Quality/price ratio is not favorable. The entrance is not at the declared address.

Large and comfortable room, well equipped, with coffee/tea maker. Underground parking. Dublin city center can be reached by bus 6€/50minutes. Very large breakfast buffet.

I picked the hotel especially for the 24 hour room service. I tried to order a sandwich at 1:20am when I woke as I have an medical issue with my blood sugars and blood volume to be told by a man called Niall they don’t do sandwiches after hours even though it stated such on the welcome booklet in the room and I had confirmed this upon arrival and also via phone call. I didn’t raise the issue upon checking out purely because my partner would have raised a very loud voice complaint. I did come down for breakfast first thing however owing to the fact I didn’t eat after midnight. The breakfast was brought back up and resulted me in having two medical episodes upon my trip back to Northern Ireland. Spent the entire Sunday in bed having to eat with difficulties as I was so weak and was sleeping all day. Incredibly tired now but need to keep going until my levels are back up again and have a doctors appointment Monday morning.

Very warm in the room and no air-conditioning. Found a fan in the wardrobe but room was still too warm. Asked for another fan which was delivered very quickly. Had dinner in the hotel restaurant on my 2nd night, had told Reception that it was my wife's birthday and that was the reason for driving to the hotel and thought that a small/wee cake with a candle would have been good but nothing - a wee bit disappointed.

Very nice hotel in centre of Naas, near to some pubs and restaurants. The interior of the hotel is very nice. We had two very spacy rooms with two king size beds. One room would have been enough for my family (4 persons). The rooms were calm and very tidy.
