Everything was perfect. The location is just perfect, close to everything but in a very quite street. The room is very comfortable, also the bathroom. The breakfast is fresh and tasty. The owner is very nice and helpful, was a pleasure.

More than once I received comments of how early I left or how late I arrived. You feel some pressure to organise tours with them but I simply ignored these - at the end I felt there was some unspoken tension between the owner and myself. He is super friendly but at the end I felt he was simply tolerating my stay (maybe because I didn't want to upgrade room or take a tour with him).

Room was clean, wi-fi was good, location was great. Good shower with hot/cold water and you can't hear the noise from Ubud. The breakfast was freshly cooked, delicious and different every day. Excellent value for money, especially the rooms downstairs. I didn't take any of the tours offered but heard mixed reviews about them from other guests.

Our host was friendly and helpful with any enquiry we had. It is excellent value for money, the place was exceptionally clean and the breakfast was delicious! We learnt a lot about the Balinese culture and are so grateful for our stay at Wahwik’s house. Thank you for having us.

room is big enough for one person, very quiet in the night. Location is good, near to monkey forest and ubud palace, many restaurants and messages. Staffs are friendly, the breakfast was great, different every day.

My stay at Nyomans place was perfect. I have stayed twice now and the rooms are spotless and beautiful. The hot water works perfectly and the AC is great. Nyoman is so kind and makes a wonderful breakfast. He helped me organise whatever it was I may need (transportation etc) and was extremely accommodating when I needed to change the dates of my stay. Thank you!!

The place is homey and it’s close to a lot of restaurants. And waling distance to monkey forest. We don’t kmow how to ride a scooter so we save a lot of money staying here as we don’t always need to hire a gojek. Walking distance in Ubud market as well. The bfast is good. The beds are big and the ac is working well, so cold actually. If you’re looking for a sign to book this is it. Worth your money.

Shower was either extremely hot or cold, somehow there is no medium temperature and the shower head was very high up in on the wall in an odd position. Hard to reach.

All the basics were there, Wi-Fi, personal toilet, air-con. The mattress was very comfortable. Host was friendly and kind.

Best quality-price room in Ubud! Besides, Nyoman is the best host you could encounter: our flight had a huge delay but he waited for us until midnight for check-in, he is always available to answer any question you have via WhatsApp or at location, and he prepares marvelous breakfast with fresh ingredients every morning in the rooftop kitchen at his place.

Location, WIFI, value for money, host all 10/10. Very close to the monkey forest area, but tucked away from all the noise. Host is very kind and helpful. Will definitely stay here again and recommend it for anyone looking to stay somewhere central and quiet.

We really enjoyed our stay at Wahwik's House! The location is very central with an abundance of great restaurants nearby. The host Nyoman was lovely and super helpful. He cooked us breakfast each morning and helped us book tours and transit to our next destination. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Everything was great at Wahwik's house! Highly recommended! Location is perfect esp if you like Ubud type of vibe. My friend and I enjoyed our stay. It exceeded our expectation esp the cleanliness and its welcoming ambience. People are nice and friendly most especially Nyoman and his wife. A budget friendly 5 nights stay and we were very happy. Monkey forest is just around the corner and other Ubud popular spots. My friend had her cooking class with the owner's wife and she had a good time cooking balinese food. Also, we loved the free breakfast in the overlooking kitchen on the 3rd floor, the green scenery was very relaxing. We also availed the whole day tour managed by Nyoman and it was all set with no hassle. Overall, we had a comfortable stay. Thanks to Nyoman and his wife for a wonderful hospitality. It was a home away from home. Til next time 😊
