Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Breakfast was great! I had my breakfast in bed as I was watching a great movie on your TV. The room size is comfortable. The hotel is walking distance from Sarinah shopping centre, the food street jalan Sabang (jalan Agus Salim), Trans Jakarta bus stop M.H. Thamrin (formerly known as Sarinah) and MRT terminal Bunderan HI.

Indonesia1. The window view is not good. 2. Towels are not suitable for use, because the color is already faded 3. The rooms seem cramped and the lighting is less aesthetic 4. Breakfast is very limited, and the waiter does not smile 5. Hotel check out time is very strict.

IndonesiaReek of smoke. I dont understand hotels that not separating their smoking and non smoking room. Seems I was there at peak days and got my room at their 1st floor (quite disappointed as I made my request to have higher floor but they are fully packed so thats passable). But when I reached the designated floor I cant even describe those smell in the alley. It is so bad I complained and asked for another room. They cant give that option (due to fully packed) and offer to refresh the room. Long story short, the smell gone for hours but still there on the alleyway. Our clothes were reek of smoke when we got home. Yeah
It is a brand new hotel so the furniture in the room is good. Bed & sheet are comfy. Shower is great. Location is not bad.

Taiwani got a very bad experience for this trip , reason is i got a higher price for a same size room then my friend and he had breakfast and i don't have it , higher price and doesn't provide breakfast ? that make me think should i chose Booking.com again ?
