The airconditioning wasn’t working well enough.

Garden room is very quiet, even though it’s in the middle of everything we heard nothing! Location is great, people that worked there were incredibly nice and helpfully! My daughter lost her pluche monkey on the boat to Gili Trawangan, and the staff called the boat company and they got her pluche monkey back. And when my husband forgot his back, they came running with the bag to the Harbour. Special thanks also to the snorkeling tour people Sahid and Budi for making us feel safe on the boat and helped our daughter snorkeling and see the turtles.

There were a few little issues with things like the safe didn't work, the boat connection wasn't what we thought (and the communication around this was a bit poor), and the room was a bit tired and slightly grubby. I think this is a good place to stay, but based on where we moved to after this (still on Gili T) the price point for Scallywags is too high. We moved to a pristine place... private pool in our villa, spacious room and bathroom, and huge outdoor pool... for not much more money. It doesn't even compare.

Good location if you want to be in the thick of it all and was pretty quiet inside the room. Staff were friendly, and the beds were comfy.

Staff not always on the ball. Leave you waiting at reception for long periods.

Close to pier no need for a horse. Pay by card. ATM nearby. Breakfast good. Room clean. Quite end of the street.

On the first day the shower didn’t work but as soon as we asked about it they had it fixed in 5 min.

Location was good, they also have a spa wich is great! And the rooms with the outside shower is a must!!! The staff was helpful, professional and so nice!

Seems like the staff don't clean the room throughly, as I still find old beach towels from previous guests and there are also trash still in the trash can.

Love the place and how close it is to the harbour! Also love using the plunge pool everytime we went back from outside since it's super hot. All the facilities are as described and working well!

Loved the location of this property. Not far from the port and you can easily walk till here instead of using the horse carriage. Food was good too. There are two types of room. One with the ocean view and another with open bathroom which is more spacious.

Shower access is outside - which is fine but can be difficult at night time with mosquitos or in the rain!

Very friendly staff and very ideal location ! Within access of some bars and restaurants of the island ! Access to bikes to rent to access the sunset side of island or hire horse and buggy to get to sunset bars/viewpoints.

I dropped my glasses one night and when looking under the bed it was filthy. Resort rooms are in the main thoroughfare in hotel so noisy. Pool seating gets no sun
