Magnificent Villa. The pool is huge, deep and perfect temperature. Breakfast was served daily in our villa and was amazing. The bed was the most comfortable we have ever slept in, in Bali. Excellent water pressure in the shower and a huge bath.

These Villas are great value and the staff are always so helpful and friendly.There is a restaurant right next door and one across the road with a spa as well.So close to the Tegenungan Waterfall you can just walk there and the butterfly park at the front of the hotel is worth a look and free to hotel guests.Sukawati is a nice spot to base yourself as there is so much to look at close by

The villas locates in the countryside. But if you were a countryside lover, it would be a merit.

The private villa is quite big, big bathroom and big pool, I was amazed by its charging rate. The villa was clean and the plants were well trimmed. Friendly staffs. The butterfly park is actually located next to the villas. It's hard to complain anything, and I was wondered by many times here.

The villa is a bit far from amenities. This aspect might be considered a drawback for some tourists who prefer more immediate access to amenities.

The front desk staff at Kartika Dahayu Villas were not only welcoming but also exceptionally helpful. Their friendly demeanor and eagerness to assist us in any way possible added a personal touch to our stay. We particularly appreciate the efforts of Nyoman, the marketing head, who proved to be cooperative and understanding when we faced unexpected travel challenges. Due to a traffic gridlock, we couldn't make it back on our scheduled departure day. However, reaching out to Nyoman proved to be a wise decision. The villa efficiently organized an extended stay at a different homestay property, ensuring that our comfort and convenience were a top priority. Cleanliness is a hallmark of Kartika Dahayu Villas, and the room service maintained high standards throughout our week-long stay. The proximity to the beautiful Butterfly Park and a water park for kids added an extra layer of enjoyment, especially for families traveling with children. While the on-site restaurant offered delectable cuisine, we found the prices to be slightly on the higher side. Nevertheless, the villa management thoughtfully provided discounts for guests, making the dining experience more affordable. One minor drawback of Kartika Dahayu Villas is its distance from amenities. However, this concern is easily mitigated by the front desk's prompt and efficient organization of motorbike rentals upon request.

A lot of ants around, and inside the rooms too. But they weren't a big problem.

Very nice villa, spacious, with big and really comfortable private pool. We loved it! Quiet place with rice fields around. Only 20 min drive from black sand beach, has some nice waterfalls around, and the butterfly park next door, free for those living in the hotel. Very cute gekko coming out in the evening, and beautiful flowering tree in the garden. Good price compared to the other hotels with private pool!

That I had to go home.

Villa was perfect in every way. Private pool, sun lounges, kitchen...and a bathroom that I still dream about!! Air con in the rooms was fantastic and the bedroom opened up to the pool just outside my door. I slept like a baby all night in the big comfy bed! Restaurant, butterfly sanctuary, waterpark and souvenir shop complimented the villas being only a few steps away and yet it wasn't noisy or distracting. Rice fields next door, with salon across the road and coffee plantation not too far either. Could rent scooters for multiple days and just go off and explore the local villages and town. And if you didn't want that, you Gojek (like Uber only way better!) to restaurants or they deliver food to you. The staff were the best staff you could imagine. Welcoming, warm and hospitable. All needs met and nothing was ever too much to ask. They were always smiling and attentive. Their friendliness made us comfortable and relaxed. Massages everyday in the villa! Facials, hair and nails across the road!! FROZEN LIME AND MINT JUICE WAS BY FAR THE BEST I EVER TASTED.....and we ordered more than one on many occasion!! Food at the restaurant was wonderful with both Western and Indonesian flavours. We enjoyed it. Even though the villas are in a rural setting and you really do get the sense of peace and tranquility, the town was less than a 10 min scooter ride - markets, shops, ATMs, restaurants galore at your fingertips. And two minutes in the other direction the most amazing waterfall attraction that just flawed us....a restaurant/bar at the feet of the waterfalls not to mention markets and eateries at the top of the steps. You have to see it all to believe it. Would I recommend this place? OF COURSE! I'm already planning on my return! I loved exploring beyond the villa on days I wasn't feeling pampered and relaxed in it. Thank you Kartika Dahayu Villa staff for a fabulous week. You are often remembered and missed!

The layout could have been better. We need to go to the patio to get something from the fridge. And go around the walls for changing as the cupboard is on the other side of the room. The surroundings is quite. You will need to go for go food if you want dinner after 8 pm. There's a waterfall nearby, around 10 minutes with awesome cafe that open until 9.

The host is very helpful. We arrived after 7 pm whereby we were greeted by 2 persons to hand deliver the key and show us around. It is a 6-villa overall yet privacy is number one. We ordered floating breakfast at the last minute and they set it up nicely. We were not bothered from mosquitos despite warning from the host. It's very recommended. Fridge, microwave are all provided.

Two minor things. The outside lounges have no cushions so sitting on them becomes a pain after a while. And although it's not normally a focus on a holiday, it would be good if the tv had some kid friendly channels for the end of the day.

A bit remote location from Ubud with no restaurants nearby. Would be great if they could provide some food options for the night. Also the vibe of room is supposed to be romantic but they still could add atleast one proper light in the bedroom.

Beautiful and peaceful private villa with spacious bedroom and bathroom and all the amenities. Pool was large and clean. Staff were very polite and humble. Vibe of the place is very peaceful. Next to butterfly park and very near to Tegenungan Waterfall. They provided free entrance tickets to the butterfly park which was nice. More than worth for the price.

the kitchen / dining area is open so there's a bird po* sometimes on your dining table.. and it's a little bit too dark at night, I think they need to change the lamp to a light/white one bedroom also need to be brighter in my opinion

Just perfect. The restaurant has a good choice of meals for affordable prices. The room and private pool was very clean. The bonus is Butterfly park and waterpark with a 1 free entrance + a family run souvenir shop in the neighborhood, But there is also a nice temple in the walking distance (at the river) with monkeys in there - if you are lucky.

This place is amazing, clean and very neat. Amazing private pool ,bath tub, super comfortable bed. Open dine area, kitchen.. to be Frank it's ultimate.. it's more far better than photos they posted here..with that price this is amazing deal..go for it....all local markets ,temples, water falls, are just 15minute away if u have scooter...food delivery available to this location..go there,,take a scooter and enjoy.....I stayed 3 nights,, extended one more night because of this ambience... Staffs are so nice...great hospitality...next to this property there is butter fly park and water park which u get free entry if u book this property. This is far better than 5 star hotel property because of vibe ..
