There are no steps out of the swimming pool which could be difficult for guests with limited mobility. Hope the government repair the storm damage outside the hotel this year. Would be great if there is access to beach in front of the hotel in future.

We really enjoyed our stay. Most quiet and relaxing. There was an interesting choice of breakfast options and excellent coffee. An enormous swimming pool and sunbeds were located in individual padding pools which had a cooling effect. Excellent location only a few minutes from the ferry port and overlooking the sea.

We arrived one day later (the property had been informed) but our room wasn´t ready. Breakfasts are tasty but quite small portion. Staff at the restaurant do not pay almost any attention to the customers, music is extremly loud and waiting for everything is extremely long, fortunately you can choose from many different.

Beautiful property which needs a little bit more care. Both the pools are just amazing. Nice view to the sea. Big rooms with tropical bathroom nad nice terrace. Aircon very effective. Good location, beach nearby and many dining options. You can rent a bike for 50k per day.

Great location near the port, lots of restaurants and a great spot to go snorkeling or to the beach. Quiet, rooms were comfortable. Bedding was great. Staff were helpful and could arrange anything for you. Price was very reasonable.

When it rained the water came into the bathroom and we had to put towels down so we wouldn’t slip. AC didn’t work for two days but they were able to fix it finally and we very much appreciated the cooler air! A big property to maintain and would be so nice to have the gardens and lawn manicured and weeds removed as it has many tropical trees and plants.

The location is excellent and the staff was very personable and helpful. Nice tropical setting but needs more upkeep.

The power went out quite often which meant the wifi and airco went out with it but I think that’s a general issue in Gili Air.

The bar and restaurant was empty of people due to the loud music, and nonchalant staff. Lucky great food was 2 minutes walk away. Like many hotels here they are quite run down and need some work. This was probably the best place to stay on the island.

Great spot close to good restaurants and only 5 min walk from the ferry Wharf. Pool needed better attention though the water was sparkling and bright. Restaurant pumped out loud music even at breakfast which drive us away to local restaurants which offered excellent meals and cheap cocktails.

We found the rooms dark. No lounges at the pool beach side. Clean, but needs a little more TLC. Air condition was not strong, but could be a Bali thing.

Breakfast was plentiful. The view from the restaurant and pool area was spectacular and very close to great snorkeling. The staff was very friendly and helpful! Easy to get to from the ferry port. Drinks were good and good entertainment at the pool area (live music and movie nights) Quiet area.

Brilliant location - you can walk to the beach and swim with turtles. Really nice and friendly staff always willing to help their customers with anything they need. Great bar and restaurant with beautiful view of the sunsets.

The air conditioning was struggling to keep the villa cool during the day. Luckily there was also a ceiling fan. It was ok in the night when using both. What I disliked was the blasting loud club music that was played pretty much the whole day at the bar/restaurant. It didn't go with the rest of the vibe of the resort which was more chill. We could hear the bass even in our villa which was pretty much as far away as you could get.

Very nice spacious villa with direct access to the pool. It was nice to have a fridge. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Good location with regards to snorkelling, restaurants and the "main street". We saw turtles twice when snorkelling which was a highlight of our trip.

The resort was lovely from start to finish, we found the staff made the resort by listening to them play the guitar. The room was lovely with no issues at all! The pool was slightly filled with flowers so possibly could bother people but didn’t affect us. Managed to get early check in and would 100% recommend to anyone. Will stay again on every visit to Gili Air!

Hotel is looking a little tired. The hotel has a great bar and pool area with lovely views to Lombok. It would be great if they put some entertainment on to encourage more people.

Both pools (particularly the beachfront one) were great. Central location with easy access to nearby restaurants. Swimming in front of the Resort was great.

Poor AC, it was difficult to sleep at night and extremely hot during the day. The bathroom was separate but the doors didn't close fully, so you have the heat from the outside coming in and you have almost no privacy from the room. We booked a session at the spa for a couples massage and when we arrived, there was only one person available, so we had to find somewhere else for a massage.

Nice big pool, large breakfast. Very comfy beds and friendly staff. The location is great: close to the harbour and a 5 minute walk to the main road. Very quiet (except for the music from the restaurant, which was a plus for us!). They had our room ready before the normal check in time.

It’s very nice to go out of the house directly to the pool. Location is ok. Quiet place, like the whole island. Perfect place to rest and disconnect from the busy areas

The super loud ' doofa ' music from 14.oo 'till midnight and later ie 03.oo on Friday night. Horrible. Totally killed serene atmosphere. Not appropriate to clients. Maybe seeking to break into Gili T scene ie younger people . Otherwise great place to stay.

The Lagoon swimming pool concept 👌. Very good room. All facilities good. Location close to ferry port and restaurants.
