The check-in time during peak was badly unaccepted. We had to wait over than four hours just to get into our rooms. I had to request for a compensation because of this, and it was quite appreciated that the staff offered a very late checkout then. They should always recheck for hygiene and cleanliness to bring more value.

The sports activity facilities and breakfast meals were the main points of our choice besides great location and affordable room rates. The staff were friendly and showed good hospitality, especially when room readiness or an issue arises.

Elevator too small and too long for waiting. Breakfast used coupon is ridiculous, the staffs in the restaurant not good for counting please use the new system. We are at the hotel exactly 2pm but room ready after 90mins.

Facilities are quite old and are not maintained very frequently. The washing machine dust bag has not been cleaned for a long time. The living room' AC of my colleague' room at 3708 had a technical error and resulted in shutting down the whole electricity system of that room. However, hotel staff responded quickly to that trouble and we appreciated that a lot.

The staff are pretty nice and friendly. The hotel is located nearby a shopping mall, although it's not a very busy shopping mall. A good place for a family travel trips. The room size is amazing.

The room was so old and dirty when we came in..the sink, the bathroom need to be renovated..

The thing is that I’ve had asked for the room to be clean up but the room service arrived so late and they don’t even vacuum the carpet or the floor in the other rooms... so disappointing to asked but haven’t been heard. I can understand if they’re coming late by the overwhelming arrival due to Christmas holidays coming, but at least explain it to me and try to get back to me by really cleaned up the room.

I can’t tell how was it hence I’d have made a wrong reservation without breakfast when I supposed to selected the one with the breakfast ...... so ...🙄🙄🙄

the rooms has been long time ago very luxury. but today everything is very old and used. they never renovate this rooms. The lifts are often and long defective. this cause to wait very long (15 Minutes) for go with the lift. long line is waiting in front of the lift.....

1. I have to book / make an appointment before using the gym. 2. most of the furnitures are too old and not well maintained. 3. Lift/Elevators were too narrow.

For me, location is the best one due to it's location at the center of Jakarta. Another thing that I like from this hotel was the gym/fitness center facilities.

The suites are spacious and easily able to accommodate a family of 4. It's useful to have some kitchen facilities too.

Breakfast could have some western food Tv channels could include cnn and bbc instead of so many Chinese local and Russian channels. The English language ones were only available a few hours s day but the satellite and cable hardware cannot be blamed for that. Spa still advertised and signposted but actually had permanently closed. Location quite fiddle ti access.

the room is very old, the carpet doesn’t seems get regularly vacuumed. I can smells the smoke even the floor is non smoking floor. Towel is not provided, so better prepare yourself. And you can easily find dust, in the room as well in their restaurant.

Air conditioner at the main room was not cold & leaking, water dropped all day long. Since the price was very affordable, the hotel was full on holiday seasons, lobby was very crowded on check in / check out time, swimming pool was full on the favorite time (morning & evening).

The food taste is good and they managed breakfast time in to 4 batches to minimize the crowd at the restaurant.
