Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

SingaporeA bit old - they shld invest into renovating the rooms. Also the family suite is just one floor with 2 rooms & the size was smaller than expected. Pictures are misleading with 2 floors shown.
Dated property that could use some reno. Property is shared with Banyan Tree resort & Cassia. So there are big pools and several restaurants to eat from.

GermanyUnfortunately, there was no small market in the resort itself to stock up on things (water/snacks). So you have to rely on the restaurant and bar at the hotel prices This is a point that cannot be blamed on the resort, but should not go unmentioned. Due to its proximity to Singapore, many ships are moored in the roadstead. This is partly noticeable when swimming (although there is no rubbish here, but occasionally there are small items in the water), but more so on the more secluded stretches of beach, which are not cleaned daily. Environmental sins!
The resort has a large beach, but is very secluded. The staff is pleasantly courteous and the breakfast is very good. The evening menu is well laid out but sufficient, but the prices are reasonable by Asian standards. The rooms lived up to expectations and were spacious. All in all, a very pleasant stay.

SingaporeThe place looks old and worn out , needs an upgrade and a thorough deep clean. We stayed in the island suite and 3 of us got rashes all over our body from the dustmites . Our eldest daughter has eczema and it made it flare up and she spent her holiday covered in rashes, with an unbearable itch.The air con in our living room did not work..they managed to temporarily fix it 4 times . The bathroom has mold and the bathtub is chipped. The floor was not cleaned properly , it was really grimy. The lift was not working the 3 days we were there. They did give us another room and they did do a deep clean so our second night was not spent scratching . But this bathroom also.had mold and a chipped bathtub.... The room had a balcony/courtyard with a jacuzzi.... the outside area looks like it has not been cleaned ,ever. There were broken tiles in the grass etc... Definitely not worth the price. We have stayed in much cheaper establishments that dont call themselves 5 star, which take better care maintaining their property and the cleanliness of their rooms.
Everyone working there is super helpful and go out of their way to try and help you. Very nice to kids as well. Food is great. Beach is very well maintained and beautiful .

SingaporeThe place overall definitely needs an upgrade. Facilities were old, lift not working and lawns not maintained properly. Limited breakfast items and staff too slow to cater to any request. And the food and drinks were too expensive. Overall, not value for money 😞

SingaporeThe pillows were a little hard so softer pillows would be nice or a selection of hard and soft pillows to choose from.
Great location and very close to the ferry terminal. Staff were really friendly and helpful and the food was excellent, particularly the nasi goreng and mie goreng. Great pool and the beach was also lovely. Would definitely recommend and will stay there again.
