Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The place has everything a traveler might need, incl. a comfy mattress, AC, dishwasher, parking, etc. The check-in instructions were absolutely clear, and communication with the host was very pleasant. Next time we're in Budapest, we'll book it again.

CroatiaEverything was very nice. The apartment is in a good location and has excellent traffic connections. The apartment is modern, everything as in the pictures. It was very clean. There is an elevator from the garage to the apartment. There was no contact with the owner, but the instructions for taking over the apartment were great. If we come back to Budapest again, we will definitely take this accommodation again.

Romania1.The shower curtain is very long and its not really hygienic because I imagine that it's not washed after each customer...its a easy fix in my opinion ! 2. The walls in the bathroom can be seen to have been flooded, it gives you the feeling that the location is not taken care of and its a easy fix aswell ! 3. I've got a ticket because I left my car in front of the building for 2 min just to bring back the keys after checkout, first you have to take out the car and then go back and put the keys in the lockbox. Another lockbox on the street would fix this (or maybe just by a ticket for 2 min ) Anyways I gave a 9* review but honestly it's more like an 8* , hope you take it as a feedback and improve for your best.
Nice area, big plus the free underground parking, bed confortabil and all in all clean and smelling nice. It's a good choice if they improve some things that can put you of or give you headache.

SerbiaNew building, new apartment, very clean, fully equipped. Apartment is oriented toward the building garden, therefore is very peaceful and without any street noise. Free parking spot for car in the garage is huge advantage. Owner provides complete instructions for easy check-in. Public bus stations are just behind corner and excellent city transport enabes good connection with city landmarks (app BudapestGO is tremendous for a trip planning and tickets handling). Big shopping mall is very close, at 15 minutes walk or 5 min by car). Our recommendation.
