Stairs to get to the old town, but that is to be expected everywhere in Dubrovnik. If you cannot handle stairs, do not visit that city, lol.

Large apartment, super clean and functional; with a bottle of wine to welcome us. Easy location to find or to get to, the area is a safe one. A bit noisy at night, being really close to the street but not to a problematic level. Parking was a challenge but the owners helped a lot. We left our keys so he could move our car around. The view is beyond fantastic. If you are in shape, it is a walkable distance to the historical city (but there are 166 steps to climb up and down). If you are not in great shape, do like us, use Uber to move around. Being close makes the ride not too expensive and worth it. Would strongly recommend

An excellent apartment with a fabulous view of the sea, the island of Lokurum and the Old Town. Everything is in the palm of your hand. 10 min walk to the old town and the beach. Shop nearby. The apartment has all the necessary equipment. Very hospitable hosts. Wine and snacks were waiting for us in the apartment. Several times the hosts treated us to fruits and sweets. In the end they allowed to leave the apartment later. We are very grateful to the hosts for a warm welcome and a wonderful apartment.

The view was spectacular, and the accommodations were perfect for our 2 families of 5 and one family of 2 (3 apartments). Location was excellent - 10 minute walk down to city walls.

Unsteady WIFI occasionally

Host Marie and her son Steven are super helpful and friendly. They inform us there is a holiday and supermarkets are closed. Good views, about 13 mins walk to Old City Wall. It's a 5 mins walk to a nearby supermarket, however the one near the City Wall prices are more reasonable. Well equipped kitchen. King size bed in one bedroom. Two balconies. Spacious living room. Though there is no air-con in one bedroom, we can stay comfortably in the room. Marie even gave us a souvenir when we left. Sooo nice.

Not a dislike but steep steps down to hotel and old town. OK for us with older children but may not be suitable for families with smaller children and pushchairs. Keeps you fit daily!

Super friendly hosts and very helpful. They could not do enough for us. The appartment was clean and spacious with plenty of towels for all five of us which were changed throughout the week. 10 minute walk to old town and 5 minute o hotel down road where you can use excellent pool and restaurant facilities. View from balcony like a picture postcard. Fabulous property made for a wonderful family holiday we shall never forget

The property has an amazing view of the Adriatic sea. The house is very comfortable and the owners are very polite. It is about 20 minutes walk from the center. We could also do a candle light dinner in the balcony

Would have liked a little more equipment in the kitchen to help with cooking simple meals - e.g. was no can opener, grater or colander - but we were able to manage with what was provided.

The interior of apartment, including furniture, beddings, are a bit aged. Everything is still functioning though.

The views from apartment was fabulous and exactly as shown online. The host greeted us and gave us a bottle of wine as welcome gift, which we highly appreciated. The location was out of the most busy area, but still convenient as it takes only 5 mins' walk to a small supermarket and bakery. The walk to old town requires 10-15 minutes with 120 steps. Extremely lucky as we saw firework on Dubrovnik Sumner Festival, just from the balcony!

Hosts were great and easy to communicate with. Views of town were outstanding and only a short walk to the Old City. Small convenience store just a 3 minute walk.

I think the apartment could do with some renovations, it looks a bit tired. If you have a mobility issue, please keep in mind that it's quite a walk uphill from the old town and there are also some stairs to get to the apartment. Other than that, nothing really, everything was fine.

The best thing about the apartment is definitely the view from the terrace! The hosts were also extremely friendly and helpful.

Nothing I didn’t like. Need to be careful on the first 100 m when walking towards old town, as you have to walk on the side of the road there. Make yourself visible to cars, who are speeding sometimes.

Everything. We enjoyed every minute here. Parking at the apartment. Great welcome by the host. It’s very spacious, fantastic view of the old town, nice spacious balcony, small fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, good mattress on the bed. 12 min walk from nearest old town gate. I used Uber taxi a lot and that worked fine.
