the location is great, right in the heart of the city, close to restaurants, shops and all the city attractions. the place is very cosy and clean, it’s perfect for a family, has all the utilities and amenities you might need the host Silva is very friendly and helpful, I really enjoyed the stay and would definitely recommend it 😊

The entry to the apartment building could be a little cleaner, but nothing the host can do about it. This should not deter anyone from booking this place.

Location The apartment is located right in the heart of the city. All the places to visit are within 300 - 400 metres of the property. Absolutely Awesome. Host The host was extremely welcoming and a lovely lady. She accommodated all our requests and even went out of the way to pay our parking penalty. Apartment Lovely Apartment with a balcony. The balcony gives you a glimpse of activities happening on the street. Our 18 month old enjoyed sitting in the balcony for hours. Thanks for the lovely stay. We thoroughly enjoyed it.

Beautiful apartment, exceptionally furnished, everything you needed to make your stay perfect. Right in the centre of Zadar’s old town, a wonderful place to soak up the historic sights. Plenty of restaurants and bars to experience the local food, beers and wine. Silva was a fantastic host, she tracked our flight as it was late and met us at the apartment to talk us through everything. She was available through WhatsApp and alway gave prompt responses to our questions, communication was easy. Thank you Silva, we had a fantastic holiday.

The apartment was centrally located in old town and everything was within walking distance. It was fully equipped with everything you'd need for a long stay - like living at your own apartment! The bed was comfortable, water pressure and temperature for the shower was perfect. We were able to do laundry and cook meals. Lounge around and watch TV, sip morning coffee on the little balcony. Checking in and out was a super smooth process, Silva was really helpful and accommodating. Checking in occasionally to see if you needed anything. Couldn't have asked for better. 100% recommend!

Silva's apartment was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. The kitchen area was well stocked and high quality. Air conditioning in the lounge and bedroom worked well. Shower room was nice and had a washing machine. The apartment is accessed from a courtyard which would be hard to find, but Silva met us in the street, so no problems there. Silva was available by WhatsApp to answer any questions and was very helpful. The location was good, in the centre of the old town and we would recommend it for a couple. Possibly a bit cramped if there were more than 2 people, but highly recommended.

Beautiful apartment in Old Town, we stayed there for 4 nights and it had everything we needed. Everything was well designed with high quality fixtures, the julilette balcony was great to soak up some sun and some of the ambience of the cafe/ streets below. Kitchen is well kitted out, and Silva left us a bowl of chocolates, bottle of mineral water and lots of coffee pods too! Bedroom is cosy, comfy beds and pillows, with extra bedding in the cupboard. There's AC throughout, but with the cross breeze we didn't need to use it at all.

We had a very warm welcome fom our host who showed us this modern, new, stylish and cozy apartment. Located super central middle in the historic old town above a restaurant - equipped with a nice small balcony and in total equipped with really much more than we expected. You can see that the owner have really thought about and furnished with love. Also it was super clean and a comfy bed with different pillows like in hotel, wardrobes, hanger, a safe, air conditioning in bedroom and living room, hair dryer, cosmetic mirror and a full equipped kitchen made it perfect. Bakery, supermarket, ATM, Restaurants, Cafés, Bars, airport bus, ferries, port etc.. just less/some steps away. We rented bikes and did some rides along the sea to the North and South, beautiful! We had a perfect time over there and will come back definitely.
