The stairs to get to the room! It’s three flights and they’re incredibly steep and dangerous. Beware if you don’t have someone strong to carry your luggage up for you. You could really injure yourself!

the stairs were dangerous and very hard to get your luggage up. the room was very warm, even though there was air conditioning. there was a restaurant downstairs and the noise would carry up. there was no where that you could sit comfortably in the room. the bed was too soft ad not comfortable. we were there for 1 week and enjoyed Split. we still a a great time.

location, location. bathroom was really good with little bottles of shampoo etc. the buffet breakfast was the absolute high lite. the staff were so lovely. you outdid even get cappuccino for. breakfast 🥰 close to everything restaurants water, in the old town. perfect spot. I don’t know if I could of picked anything better. they seem similar. The room was serviced every day.

The property has very steep stairs, not easy to navigate with heavy suitcases. The room is a good size however the bathroom is too close to the bed, literally a few feet away. The bed was extremely squeaky, we did mention this to the reception staffing but even after adjusting it was no better. It did keep us awake at night.

Breakfast was good, reasonable choice, surprised no whole meal bread available. Staff really helpful. Great location, very central to everything.

The bed frame was very creaky and noisy! There is a tea and coffee station but only tea, no coffee provided which would have been appreciated. Just be aware that there are a lot of steps to the room - not a problem for us, but could be for others.

The outstanding aspect of the stay was the staff at the Marmont Hotel (it is here that you collect your keys and have breakfast and is in the same street). When we had problems with lost luggage and with contacting a pre-booked taxi. The young man and young woman at the concierge desk were truly outstanding in their level of assistance. The room itself was a good size with plenty of storage and a nice bathroom. The mattress and pillows were very comfortable. The location of the room was fantastic! Breakfast at the hotel was superb!

The room did not look like the pictures at all, the pictures even had a bath tub and much more space 😅 a different room was given to us, or the room in the pictures does not exist The bed was very squeaky The bathroom door was broken, we couldnt close it all the way

There were very steep narrow stairs going to the property. For us this was just about okay but I would have felt as confident if I was on holiday with my parents. The bed was also very squeaky which would wake you up if you turned in the night.

Room was perfect for what we needed, lots of space. Good shower, and toiletries provided. Breakfast was AMAZING!!! Location was awesome too. Right in the city which was so handy to pop back to in the day

There was an EXCEPTIONAL amount of noise in the middle of the night. Sounded like a domestic dispute with doors being kicked in, fighting and potential safety issue for some residents in the floor below us

Excellent location, about 10 min. walk from the bus station. Very close to all the sights in old town. Even though it is located right at the centre of activity, it was also on a quiet side street so there was no noise. The room was very clean, comfy bed, towels, toiletries, mini fridge, big closet space. Above all else I would like to mention how nice and helpful the staff at the hotel was, both in reception and at the breakfast service. Breakfast was excellent, it was buffet but you could order coffee and eggs which were brought to your table. Overall, we had a lovely time and would certainly visit again.

air conditioner had to be fixed at the end of the day. the staff was extremely helpful but it was summer in Croácia, hot as hell.

staff was the best part, Danijela borrow me a fan to deal with the temperature while we were waiting for the air conditioner to be fixed. she was great and only because of her I am not giving a bad evaluation.

A little more expensive than other properties close by but it did include breakfast and was definitely worth it for the hotel stay.

We had booked the apartment room but on arrival to reception were offered a room in the hotel. The hotel was excellent, the location was handy for everything and staff were so accommodating. They were always friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. We had a late flight and were given a late check out as courtesy which was unexpected. Great stay would highly recommend if the apartments are anything like the Hotel!
