Great place for a weekend in Zadar. Perfect location, 5 minutes walk and you are in the old town. Shops, restaurants within easy reach. Very spacious apartment. Two toilets, comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen. What I liked most was the balcony overlooking the marina. Additionally, Luka is the best host in Zadar, he will tell you where to eat, what to see and what to avoid. I recommend!

Our stay in Lipotica Apt/Zadar really exceeded our expectations. The apartment is spacious, well-equipped and the cleanliness is something to be highlighted. It really feels like home. A nice view of the small port and historical city walls, 10 min walk to the old town, approx. 10 min to the city beach... simply great place to enjoy all what Zadar can offer. Big thanks to Luka, the apt owner - Luka, you´re a great host:o) Thanks a lot for all your support and overall care !

We LOVED everything about the property.

BOOK BOOK BOOK !!!The property is perfect in every way. The owners have really thought about every detail. The amount of extras for our use was just AMAZING. The apartment was spotless, the linen was fresh and perfect. We appreciated the air conditioning as it was very hot whilst we were there. The balcony was great to enjoy sitting outside having cold drinks and snacks. Luca - the owner was able to provide a transfer from airport and this was so generous and kind. He offered to take us on a walking tour of the Old Town. What can I say - it was just brilliant- we learnt so much about the history of the city and visited the major tourist places of interest. If he offers to do this please take him up on the offer it was so good. Luca also recommended a restaurant which was a traditional Croatian place - the food was plentiful and delicious and such good value. He is such a fantastic host who made our stay so much better. He was also kind enough to sort taxis out for us to the beach. Thank you - we all feel we got to know Zadar and came away feeling we had made a new friend. A fantastic stay and we cannot recommend enough.

Top appartment clean spacious and had lots of unexpected extra's About 5 minutes from the old town Luka is a very helpfull and friendly host he picked us up from the airport had good tips for restaurants and offered a city tour in his free time

Entrance to the block of flats is a bit scruffy but don’t let that put you off because the apartment itself is excellent.

Great apartment - this would make a fabulous place to stay for a week or more since it is so spacious, clean and well-equipped. Communications with the host are excellent. Feel like we now have a new friend in Croatia! Thank you to Luka - you really went the extra mile to make our stay memorable.

Though Luka was very nice and helpful and picked us up from the airport which was exceptional he was working on the return flight so arranged for his friend to drop us at a cost of 35 euros, but we declined as uber was only 12 and was fast and prompt the airport is only 14 minutes by car so get an uber it's much cheaper and easier

The apartment is really lovely and has everything that you could need for your stay and with a fantastic view across the marina to the Old Town. It is in an excellent location for the old town and the promenade/beach area. Luka was great from the time of booking and also during our stay - with lots of tips and recommendations for things to do and places to eat. He took us on a great tour of the town one evening in his own time. He also arranged for us to be collected from the airport on arrival and took us back there himself on the day we left. We loved Zadar, and we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay or a better host. Thank you Luka!

We had a great stay here. The apartment is in a brilliant location right I’m front of the marina and a sit walk from the town centre of zadar. The apartment is amazing, really clean, big and with everything you need. Luka is a brilliant host, he picked my brother up from the airport and was able to coordinate with his flight being late. Gave a great list of recommendations for Zadar. 10/10 Thank you!

Nothing to not like.

Luka was an excellent, communicative and super helpful host. The apartment was very clean, a great size and had everything we needed and more, including some toys for our toddler. Beds were comfortable and we enjoyed breakfast on the balcony looking at the lovely view. The location is good, just a 5 minute walk to the pedestrian bridge to old town. The secure car parking provided was just a few minutes walk away. Checkout was easy.

Superb fully equipped and renovated apartment with a stunning view. Excellent communication with Luca the host. Secure covered parking in multi-storey a few minutes away. Highly recommend and thanks for everything in your beatiful apartment - we couldn't have asked for more.

The apartment has a great location, the beach and the attractions can easily be reached by foot. It was equipped with everything we needed (and more), it has an amazing balcony view and very good parking conditions. Luka is a warm and thoughtful host, there to help if anything is needed. He provided very good recommendations of restaurants and places to visit. We would go back without any doubts.

Amazing property with super friendly host. Perfect location, house is equipped with everything you might need. We had a free tour in old town and learned about its history, thanks again! Recommended!!!

The property is just few steps away from the Citadell. Also, the owner recomended us a very good restaurant. The appartment is big and clean and have all the facilities we need: 1 1/2 bathrooms, fully equiped kitchen, 2 balconies, laundry machine, etc. Also, they offer free parking place. we really feeled like home! Thank you again for being such a good host!
