The room where you can take clothing to iron was on every floor. Handy but took a little getting used to. I prefer an iron in room.

This is what you call a holiday! Pure relaxation in the Chrystal clear Adriatic water, resting as the waves lap about. What a great team of staff serving a great breakfast and dinner, something for everybody and alcohol included. Fresh food swapped over every few minutes through hygienic practices. Everything was fab, the ferry that takes you to and fro, the sandy or pebbly island beach fronts, the pools! Reserve a lounge chair in the morning with a towel before breakfast. We had no issues. Loved this holiday in Istria, just as good, if not better as stays in Split and Dubrovnik.

There is no access to drinking water. You can have drinking water as part of the buffet meals, but other than that you can only buy expensive, relatively small glass bottles in the bar area. None of the shops on site stock bottled water. This is a real issue when you are on an island. We asked about where we could refill our bottles and they said the bathroom sink! They need to sort this out and either sell bottled water in the shop/cafe, or allow guests to refill from the filtered water in the buffet throughout the day. You can't leave guests with no access to affordable water.

The hotel and island are lovely, with lots of places to relax. Surrounded by the sea, it's very pretty. The staff are friendly, breakfast buffet is great. We really enjoyed our stay.

excellent place. hotel located on a small island and immersed in the greenery of a splendid pine forest. The hotel, despite being full of guests, allows you to always find a private corner where you can enjoy the spectacle that nature offers you. La Serra Restaurant offers a high level of service. At the Basilico Restaurant we ate excellent fish. It was a wonderful vacation. Thank you.

Beautiful environment of the island.

A hotel that has 4 stars should work on the staff. especially in the lunch restaurant and bars. The excuse that there is a problem with people should not be in such a hotel. Accommodation, food and drink are not cheap compared to the mainland, paying staff at the level should be paid.

It can be a bit cheaper.

The view is second to none. The location is 20 min away by an enjoyable free boat from Rovinj centre(every hour until 12:30). The beaches are crystal clear. It is a perfect place to spend relaxing time. The breakfast was good. The hotel is more of an experience not just a hotel with a beach. The pizza restaurant is really good and reasonable prices. The hotel is a bit older. It could be improved/renovated. The location is perfect, the food and the wine are very good. There are a lot of activities: scuba diving, cannoe, snorkeling, a small gonflabil playground on the sea.

The only couple of tiny niggles - people smoking EVERYWHERE - at the pool, at breakfast outside, at the bar, literally everywhere - hideous! Especially at breakfast - yuk! The 3rd "sofa bed" in our family room was awful - so uncomfortable and small but luckily my 10 year old was so exhausted every night he went to sleep - he hated it though!

Fabulous Hotel - ugly from the outside but inside is really lovely. Buffet breakfast was great, although if you get there after 8am be prepared to queue - SO busy! Dinner buffet wasn't included in what we paid for thank goodness, we did it a couple of times just for convenience but I'm glad we didn't have to do it every night - SO busy and people are SO rude - they literally push you out of the way to get to the food - I hated it! Pools fabulous, location amazing, free boat to and from the mainland awesome, outside bar area gorgeous, pizza restaurant on site fabulous, watersports good. Loads of sunbeds everywhere! You can walk all the way round both islands which we loved. Shame about a few things being shut but I guess that's the impact of Covid and lack of staff sadly. Overall, a fabulous hotel in an amazing location - we will be back!

There seems to be quite an amount of litter on the rocks and inlets around the island, particularly polystyrene and cigarette ends. This is not near the hotel but at low tide someone should start to collect this, much of which has probably washed up.

The location and calm air about the place. The nice walks about the island although the nesting gulls created much interesting noise. The regular boat service means a short hop into Rovinj. The breakfast was extensive.

If you arrive late be sure not to miss the last boat to the island that leaves at 11:30pm. If you want a late wake up be sure that the night receptionist did it s job otherwise you will be called early in the morning and so it will ruin the first vacation day.

The location of the hotel is one of a kind. If you are searching for a quiet place, a beautiful view and an escape for a few days this is the place.

Room could use refreshing. Ordered double bed got two single beds together. No slippers. The mattress springs were felt as I slept. The pillow was very uncomfortable because it had like bends in it.

Very good breakfast and dinner. Prime location. Nice nature. Nice swimming pools. Stunning views.
