We started our stay with a problem - an employee had mixed up the reservations and another family was placed in our apartment. They had to be asked to move out and we had to wait for cleaning and later check in. Fortunately the problem was resolved relatively quickly. While it was relatively clean, the apartment needed some freshening up - new sheets, new towels, definitely new pillows for sleeping - the current ones were extremely worn and uncomfortable. The bathroom door does not close well - this can be quite problematic with more people. Everything going on in the bathroom can be heard everywhere in the apartment :) There is a QR code board in the apartment for the internet which doesn't work - the network and password are completely different. But when you specify this, the internet is good. The apartment is right opposite a hostel run by the same owners. There are tables and chairs out front, and on our last night there was a very noisy company until 02:00, which kept us up. But this was bad luck and not exactly about the place to stay but rather the manners of some people. On the other nights there was no problem.

Excellent location within walking distance of downtown and wonderful dining venues. There is also a small shopping mall nearby as well as a large supermarket. It is close to tram stops, and you can easily walk to/from the bus stop from the airport. The apartment has everything you need for a very pleasant short stay, including a well equipped kitchen. The place is quiet, unless you happen upon crappy neighbors. Overall the apartment was clean, there were no problems with the hot water, air conditioning and internet - the most important things for a short stay.

I have only two things to say for disadvantages. There is a bar very close to the apartment and at night, even with closed windows we heard everything from outside, even people speaking. And the other thing is that after I walked with socks in the apartment I saw stucked on them hair of a pet, so I suppose it wasn't very clean. I only mention it for allergies.

It was very close to the city center, only 5 minutes walking. It was renovated and the bathroom especially was very nice. There was a mechanism to heat the water so we always had hot water to use. There was plenty of space in the apartment.

Wondeful place, and good point for started to hike by city center. Very comfortable apartment. Big kitchen with all accesories for cooking. Very clean appartment, bed linen and bath towels. In Appartment very comfortable temerature in winter, because it equiped sistems Warm floor. All the photos in Booking are match the real one.

Really nice apartment in the city center. Very clean and comfortable. Communication was very good and fast, and owner is extremely helpful. Will definitely recommend and book again if I return to Zagreb.

There was no working lock on the bathroom door and also no mat for the shower floor. The TV was hard to use and would have been great if it had the option to be a smart TV.

Good size space, dishwasher and fridge freezer all useful. The place felt safe and check in and out v. Easy. The location was also great for walking into the old town.

There is room for improvements. But what we didn’t like at all was the attitude of the host. We stayed very short for one night, arrived very late and just grabbed some sleep before we continued our journey. The room was very cold and despite the fact that the host knew we were gonna arrive late, stay for just one night and we are traveling with a child, he never turned the heating on so that there is enough time for the heater to start working. We also had only one double bed made, which of course didn’t fit the three of us. With the booking it is clear how many people are arriving and what age is the child traveling. Once we were leaving he didn’t even excused himself but only said - it is the policy that you have to turn the heating yourself…. Disrespectful, inflexible and discourteous, explaining him self by the words: Epa, zao mi je…
