Supermarkets are not reachable without car, but that's not a general problem.

Mrs. Frlan awaited me with the key for late check-in. The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood up in the hills of Kastav. It had a beautiful terrace around the corner of the house in front of my door and an AMAZING view of the sea, green nature and mountains! There were chairs, couch and table on the terrace and a jacuzzi for me and other guests. The AC in the small hallway was working fine. Towels and bedlinen are included, wifi (which I didn't use) and free parking on the property. The bed was very comfy. In the kitchen which had a fridge and induction cook top was absolutely sufficient for my 3 day-stay. The bathroom was spacious, modern and clean. The whole apartment was clean. I enjoyed my very relaxing stay a lot. I recommend Frlan Apartments to everyone who loves nature and a quiet environment.

My girlfriend didn’t like the mosquitoes at night.

Everything was perfect, the landlady was very nice and friendly. She spoke multiple languages and brought us fresh figs every morning. The apartment me and my girlfriend stayed at was perfect for two people. There is a jacuzzi which everyone can use.

The place requires a bit of renovation, which is currently seems to be in progress. Nothing to do there without a car. Area is not for walking and if to consider staying here and going to the beach, it is too far to walk. However, by car is totally OK.

The view from the apartment with a hot tub is the best (didn’t check another, but can say for this particular). the apartment itself is pretty big with a good equipped kitchen. Hot tub is very nice and to be inside with this view is exceptional experience!

We got attacked by mosquitos all night long. not sure if it was a one off but if not perhaps a net or mosquito coils etc might help. As a result we got little sleep but the apartment and w we are lovely and there is a hot tub which is nice! I personally like it a little hotter than the setting it was in but it was great value for money and the owner is so lovely.

The room looked little tired. Pillows were really uncomfortable, so I actually had to bring my own pillow from car (luckily we had one as we were roadtripping around Europe). The balcony was very very small in our room, basically could fit two chairs only. We were hoping to have a nice meal with the amazing view but it was possible due to too little space on the balcony.

Nothing...I would say a car would be a recommendation. Always managed to get a taxi eventually..but it is located out the way.

Everything..there is nothing not to like. Clean, well equipped, beautiful location, peaceful. Mrs Frlan is wonderful, dropped us off to the beach and a local restaurant of an evening. The hot tub and view from our balcony was breathtaking. We will be back for sure.

The place is not so large as I had the impresion from the picture. The kitchen is small but had all I needed. Cooking fries on the induction plate was not a good ideea

Amasing view, relaxation in the communal jacuzzi, from the garden very confortable bed, many blankets and pillows available, idilic garden, nice terrasse with outdoor furniture, Euro accepted, I got the exact rest
