Apart from mix up over parking - probably our fault - nothing!!

We got off to a bad start as we were confused about where to go to park our car (they have their own parking just outside town and their shuttle will meet you and take you there - just make sure you know where to meet them) but after that loved everything about this hotel and Rovinj. Location is great - right on the sea front in the Old Town area. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were excellent. It is a bonus that you can use the facitiles at their sister hotel - The Grand Park Hotel. We didn't except to have a drink on the veranda of the Grand Park Hotel which shouldn't be missed - the views over Rovinj are spectacular. Didn't want to leave The Adriatic Hotel or Rovinj!!

Nothing — everything was perfect.

To a person the staff were so capable and helpful. The rooms are beautiful. The breakfast had lots of choice. The view of the sea was great. Great support from sister facilities.

Other than the building work which is out of their control nothing negative to report.

Breakfast was excellent, location lovely - shame about the building works going on in the square adjacent to hotel. Hotel went above and beyond to minimise any disruption - no problem with work noise just a shame the square is completely closed off. The staff without exception were excellent, very professional, very informative and with the right level of friendliness. One of our party is having to use a stick at the moment and they were more than happy to provide transport with the golf buggy to their sister hotel (superb) and a restaurant which was a little too far for them to walk. Room (Piazza) lovely with really nice toiletries and plenty of space. Overall three very happy couples having had a fabulous few days in a very pretty place, excellent hotel and good weather.

A special thanks to Roberto for his over and above help and courtesy during our stay, all the staff were so friendly and helpful. The location is great ,easy to get to if you arrive by bus as we did. The hotel even has a small shuttle car which they are happy to pick you up and drop you back to the bus station. The breakfast was great. We had a wonderful three days there and would highly recommend

Unfortunately there are roadworks outside the hotel at the moment but not noisy.

Everything was black - black walls, black carpets, black wall decorations...it made it really difficult to see. Even opening the hotel room door was a problem because it was so dark; in the room, it was wall to wall dark mirrors!!

Access with a private car was difficult. Hotel should provide guidance on how to get to the hotel as part of their check in process. Room was somewhat small for its price point.

Location was top notched. Very clean and modern hotel right in the middle of old town Rovinj. Love the decoration and the staff was indeed friendly.

Two small notes. One is that the screaming of even a single child in the pool area can make complete relaxation unpleasant. Perhaps a children's pool section could be created. The other is, since the guests come from different cultural areas, when using the sauna, some people use bathing suits and some don't. Perhaps by regulating and defining the periods, it would be possible to separate sauna use with and without a bathing suit. Of course, these two observations do not detract from the value of the very high level of service.

We only requested accommodation with breakfast, everything there was of excellent quality. The location of the hotel has a rarely seen magnificence.

Magnificent location by the water. Spacious modern comfortable room and bathroom. Baggage collection from car to room. Car parked in private space as foreshore does not allow permanent parking. Facilities offered by "sister" hotel on hilltop included spa, gym and 60 metre indoor heated swimming pool and outside infinity pool overlooking Rovinj harbour

There is a construction by the side of the hotel. There is no noise just that it blocks the view at a certain angle, otherwise, I really can’t find anything negative about this hotel especially I’m a picky traveller.

It’s posh inside and top notch quality room, toiletries, etc. Room is quiet even though it’s in the centre of the town. Bed is kings-sized and comfortable. Restaurant serves delicious French & Mediterranean food. Reservation is required. It’s always full. Service is very personalized, helpful, friendly & informative. “Wow” factor as we entered the room. There is a lift even though it’s an old building but everything inside looks well maintained and modern. Hotel lobby is just 10m from the sea. Although we cannot park inside the town, we called them 15 min before arrival and they sent a buggy to fetch us up and directed us to a designated locked free carpark (complimentary from hotel) just outside the town. Hotel gave us a precise meeting location for us to stop the car and wait for the buggy. Pretty fast. They helped to unload our luggage and loaded it to the buggy next thing we found it in our room even earlier before we entered the room. Everything is meticulously prepared. Highly recommended !

Parking was very confusing, but the staff helped us get through the issue. It seems that you cannot drive a vehicle to the location where the hotel is located after a certain time of day. We arrived late and therefore we could not get through the city gate to get to the hotel. Our GPS was trying to navigate us there, but we could not get there. We ended up having to walk, but once we found the hotel the check in and other staff were very helpful with getting us through the city gate so that we could unload our luggage and then they moved the car to a valet parking lot for us.

The hotel was very nice and the location was great. The bar/restaurant was very nice, the complementary breakfast was very nice. The hotel had bikes that we could ride for no extra charge. The check in and other staff were very helpful. Our room was very nice.

The only improvement we would like to see is the restaurant menu needs to have simpler food, like a club sandwich or a vegetable soup, the food was great but sometimes you want a simple meal after being away from home.

From the moment we arrived we were warmly welcomed. The property and location are amazing but what makes the hotel exceptional is the staff, from the front desk, the restaurant and housekeeping all were amazing. Thanks for make our trip the best it could be. We will return.

Our stay here was exceptionally good. From the incredible staff, Anet and Andrea, who could not do enough for us, to the beautiful room, to the great breakfast and the impeccable location. Being part of the Maistra group of hotels meant we could use the facilities all over Rovinj, Park Hotel, St Catherine, St Andrews. Free bikes were available for us to explore. Parking was available outside the pedestrian zone and they navigate that very well with a quick call to them when you arrive.The whole experience was unforgettable.

The bar was always buzzy but the main restaurant in the evenings was often quite quiet which felt subdued compared to the rest of the harbour.

The Adriatic is a really beautiful hotel mixing historic touches with modern design. It is brilliantly located right on the water front of the beautiful harbour, which does get busy, however, the hotel felt like an oasis. We were lucky to have a sea view room with a balcony, perfect for watching the comings and goings of the harbour. The room was spacious and had a big bathroom too. The staff were all wonderful from reception and house keeping to the bar and restaurant. We received help from the concierge a couple of times which was helpful. Being a guest at the hotel also gives you access to lots of other facilities around Rovinj including sun beds and pools on the local islands.

We loved everything the staff the breakfast cooked to order . Our room was at back of hotel no view very big beautiful and quiet. The staff were very friendly from the moment we arrived . Roberto at check in . Andrea with advice on wear to eat , organised transport all round good advice and genuine . Lea friendly young lady always willing for a chat . We really were sad to leave .
