About the apartment: it is the cleanest apartment we have ever rented, with more than necessary equipment. It is a place that can be used at any time of the year, it has both a heating system and air conditioning. A very important and useful thing is the underground parking space. really lovely apartment. everything you need is already there, whether it is for cooking or cleaning. all the appliances work, everything is clean. you have an indoor garage spot as well. I have been to places double the price with this level of service and comfort. the bed is super comfortable as well.

Beautifully and well designed apartment, very practical too, comparable with high end hotels in terms of quality and estetics. Well equipped too, I found everything I needed. Also appreciated quality shutters on the windows, possibility to have a breakfast on the terrace and overlooking old Zadar and overlooking sea on the horizon from very comfortable bed whilst sipping my tea. Lot's of little pleasures and no pun intended! Owners are super helpful, friendly and genuinely great hosts. They went completely out of their way to accommodate me which I heartfuly appreciated. Perfect place to stay in Zadar 💚

United KingdomNothing to do with the property but if getting a taxi late from the airport, beware of overpaying as we did. It's only a 13 minute journey and we got charged 60euros reduced from 80? Contact the hosts and they will assist you in anyway they can.
Accommodation was absolutely immaculate, all new facilities with lovely touches. Hosts were very welcoming and helpful, we would definitely recommend staying here.

It has everything you need even floor heating in a bathroom :) Mario was super kind; even texted us after our checkout to let us know about highway situation. Thanks to him, we could be on time at the airport! Apartment is located in the 5th floor with an elevator and car parking is available in a garage (safe). Strongly recommend this place!

SwitzerlandI have to say this was by far one of the best apartments we had while our stay in Croatia. The Host's were super friendly, sweet and accommodating and tended to our every needs! The apartment itself was very clean and nicely done with a lovely interior. The kitchen was fully equipped and the Host's even filled the fridge with beer, water and some snacks which we really appreciated. The Host's seemed to have thought of everything even having a small binder of useful information about the apartment and Zadar itself (for example where to watch out for speedingticket-machines while driving through the city of Zadar). The apartment is located roughly 15min walking distance from the Old City but that didn't bother us at all. The apartment felt very luxurious and yet had a very good price-performance-ratio. We loved our stay here and would highly recommend staying here aswell! One important thing for anyone who would like to stay here in the future: the apartment number is 17B not 17!! That made finding the apartment quiet the task for us. We asked the Host's about it and they told us that the knew about the problem but somehow booking.com wont let them change it to the right house number, so we've thought we might as well mention it here. The Street name is correct, it's merely the house number that is incorrect (there are several buildings with that number in the area: 17, 17a, 17b. etc).
