It would be nice to update the room furnishing, some of the stuff in the rooms is worn out.

Everything looks exactly like the photos and the rooms are clean. The staff was nice and the breakfast was yummy. All in all a very pleasant stay, great value for money and really phenomenal location 😊

The furniture was old, the mattresses were not comfortable enough that you could feel the springs, however it was still okay for the price and the Location

I didn't like at all that the transfer left me waiting at the airport for almost an hour. Well, okay, the host made up for it in the evening with a set table, which also included the local drink chacha😜. And I didn't like it either, what I had to feel next day (thanks to chacha) 🤣😉

Nice little private room. There was air conditioning, TV, washing facilities. The hostess prepared a rich breakfast in the morning. The family there was very pleasant and helpful. I recommend it to everyone who doesn't want too much luxury.

The location is quite confusing for the taxi drivers, so if you use e. g. a Bolt taxi it is better to choose another starting point in the neighbourhood, e. g. the nearest Spar market.

Goog location, the Avlabari metro station is within 5 minutes walk. Not far away from the airport. Free wifi with a good wuality for Skype/Whatsapp calls. Breakfast is quite good.

It is the perfect location, near Avlabari underground and the cathedral of Sameba. Our room was very comfortable and spacious. If you are thinking of visiting there, I prefer there.

the entrance. the motor of the door should be change as there is no control for the door's opening and closing. The hotel was resounding with banging once the door was shut. the towels and linens should change as mostly are already torn and damaged.

Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was cozy and comfortable.

The room was clean, location was good and closed to many facilities such as mini market SPAR, currency exchange, main stop, metro station, and tourist attractions in walking distance, the staff were very welcoming and respectful specially Ms. Ellen and George.

I stayed in the hostel, the room was in the basement, so no daylight at all. There is no kitchen to cook. It was very not busy when I visited in June so I had the room for myself which can be nice, but it is maybe not the best place to meet people.

The outdoor space looks nice, it must be great when it’s not raining ! The neighborhood around is also very pleasant with lots of local shops and street life.

Room was not well cleaned. Sofa with fur from cat or dog I guess 🤔 Blanket is not washed as I can smell some kind of perfume. Washroom does not have bidet. Wifi is weak when u stay in the room outside main hall.

I didn't noticed that the one I book is sharing room bedbunks and it was mixed with makes. The owner allowed me to stay in a 2 bed room. Breakfast served everyday is a plus. Very near to almost tourist spots walking distance. Price is good with breakfast.

The place is very warm and cozy. Its patio with grape vines, kiwi and persimmon trees makes you feel like you're in some special magic place in the heart of Tbilisi. the staff is most welcoming and helpful and makes you feel at home at all times, I would like to thank each and every one. The guests are very friendly, too. We stayed with our tiny dachshund and never had any trouble. The metro station is 5-10 min walk and all you need like 24/7 stores, food joints and a market is next door. Half a hour walk will get you to Rike Park.

Room facilities should be updated (definitely bathrooms of some rooms). A simple update of linen, decorative cushions and bed covers will refresh the rooms. It seems that some rooms were more recently updated. Our second overnight stay was ruined by a terrible smell in the room we suspected started from switching on the air conditioner... Otherwise, would have been happy with the very short stay.

Liked the location, cosy style of the place, helpfulness and responsiveness of owners. Nice veranda outside to spend time hidden from the sun. We did not have a chance to go to wine tasting, unfortunately.
