Rooms were small, if getting ready you have to take it in turns one getting ready and one had to sit on the bed and stay out of the way. Our bathroom was small with the toilet wedged in between the wall and sink. If you were a plus size person i think this would be an issue. Whilst our room had a decent size rainfall shower my sisters shower cubicle was very small again would be an issue for the large person. They need to put proper cups in the room not paper ones.

The hotel was compact and Bijou. It very clean, comfortable, had a kettle and a decent sized fridge. location was great near the river with lots of nice restaurants nearby.

A minor point but was disappointed by the lack of tea / coffee making facilities in the room. Despite being two of us we most days either had one sachet of decaf coffee or one tea bag (no milk or sugar) for us to use. A small detail but would have brightened up our mornings to have a properly stocked tea & coffee caddy.

Excellent location, quiet rooms, really comfortable bed, clean property with inviting lobby that’s suitable for co-working (though internet quite weak — bring your own Myfi / phone to hotspot from), well presented sunny bedrooms.

The ac didn’t work very well, the room is exceedingly small, and the lock on the door didn’t work.

The hotel was beautiful and the staff of the reception desk very nice and friendly, also everything was very clean. but the breakfast was maybe too much light for a 4 stars hotel, very few food, and also the room double deluxe was veeery little and the closet as small i couldn,t use it very much.. in my opinion too much expensive for this room( but also this is something veery common in Paris in the other hotels too...). Finally i have a problem with my booking, at first i choose 4 nights and finally i had to cancel one and choose only 3, it was very difficult and long to refund my money( normally in other hotels in 1 or 2 days i had it) so i recommend if you have to do a change here it will be better cancel and rebook the room if you want to avoid problems with the refund

The airconditioning was switched off and the rooms are small & incredibly hot. Opened windows but it is a very very noisy street outside, a triple carraigeway that does not stop through the night. The facilities were otherwise good - it was such a shame that the temperature was not controllable

we heard a bit of music noise late on Friday night. We could tell that our room was soundproofed and we just turned on our travel fan. 

The hotel had a great location in a real neighborhood not overflowing with tourists. There were plenty of restaurant options within walking distance. The staff was amazingly helpful and friendly.

Everything was fantastic!

The staff at the Mercure are warm and welcoming, particularly Menel who remembered my last minute request to upgrade to a prestige twin room which was immaculately clean, stylish and newly renovated! She greeted my Mother and me with a warm smile and was super accommodating! Highly recommend this hotel for its warmth, location, and style!

The price was so inflated. I stayed a week and would be better to provide weekly rate. There is another Mercure near the hotel and name is similar thus taxi driver made mistakes a few times to give us a ride to wrong hotel. Would recommend to rename the hotel more identical.

Bathroom is nicely renovated. Sanitation is good enough to stay comfortably. Front staffs were so kind and very friendly to make our stay relaxed. Location is as best for our interests .

Nicely renovated. Sanitation in the bathroom is excellent . Amenities including free drink was desirable . The hotel staffs were heartwarming and very friendly. Great access to metro station.

House keeping was really late (5pm) and ended up cleaning room while we were in it which was uncomfortable while we wanted to get ready for evening
